Clean and quiet
Was modern but with character. Next door to a nice pub

This rural gem was very aesthetically appealing and did not disappoint. The easily accessible path pointed straight to our room door and to our right the lovely, light spacious dining room. The garden was well tended and very pretty. Well situated for our needs, quiet and calm with only a short drive to Newark but also central for other areas including Lincoln and Nottingham.

Stayed here a few times and always look forward to Sue's Breakfast.. Mushrooms to die for, lovely sausages and Eggs etc..I highly recommend including the breakfast when you book
I can't find fault really.. maybe locality to shops is the only downside..but we know to get supplies before hand.

The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good will definetely go again. Sue the hostess was very friendly and helpful the facilities were very clean and tidy.

The breakfast was excellent The room we had was a twin room. Plenty room and a very good toilet / shower room.
The location was nice, a quite village location, shame the pub next door was closed. No problem pub and restaurant in next village.

Breakfast was lovely, Sue, owner really lovely as well. Cleanliness was exceptional and very cosy room.
I would have preferred a small window rather than the skylight, but this didn't detract from the overall attention to detail and ambience.
