No Evening meals!!!!!! It’s now a bed and breakfast not a HOTEL!

The location, parking, breakfast and friendless of the staff were all excellent.
However, having stayed at the property previously and been very happy with the room, the cleanliness on this occasion was poor. The bathroom required a serious clean and the carpets were really not good.

lovely hotel with great staff and a comfortable room. Attended for a Christmas party night. Food was great and the staff really helpful. My bedroom was really lovely and the bed was very comfortable.

The gentleman that owns the Hotel can't do enough for you, the staff were so friendly, the breakfast was brilliant,
Though the staff would go and pick up takeaway for you it a shame there no food in the evening in the dining room,

The staff went above and beyond, when we arrived about at about 8 o'clock they not only gave us take away menus they not only called up for us, but they actually went a got the take away. They couldn't have been more helpful. In general the staff were friendly responsive and polite. Great customer service

The vegetarian breakfast didn't have veggie sausages or veggie bacon even though veggie sausages we're mentioned by the staff when we checked in.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and we had a lovely breakfast. The staff were really friendly.
We enjoyed all of our brief stay and have no negative remarks at all

I love it here so quite hate doors banging we had a lovely time
The breakfast was beautiful it was really good for wheelchairs beautiful scenery loved it here the only fault I had no TV was not working the staff was friendly I would go back again

The warm welcome on arrival and the staff were all pleasant and helpful.
The breakfast was a meal to look forward to. Nicely cooked, good sized portion and hot. The staff on duty each day were very willing to meet our needs. Memorable.
The bedroom was fine, although more attention needs to be paid to the cleaning. The carpet around the base of the skirting boards was thick in fluff and dead skin cells, especially around the radiator pipes.

Very effective blackout curtains shielded the room from a bright daybreak.

The location was fantastic. Very quite and a 10 minutes walk from the town centre
The rooms although would have been amazing when first done were showing signs of age, wear and tear. There was also a slight smell when we first went into the room.

entrance door locked upon arrival, decor tired and threadbare, room lock and window catch both stiff and unwieldy, no soap in bathroom, WiFi would not work on either of our networks

Breakfast very enjoyable, room very clean. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Will certainly book again whenever we return to Spalding.
Would have preferred rooms to be nearer. I understand the difficulties at the moment but hope you will be able to offer an evening meal in the future.

The room had a bath which was excellent as we only have a shower at home! Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious.
Carpet in bedroom looked a little tired.
