The room was small for two adults ideally a single room but still very comfortable.

Location, value for money

Lots of choice at breakfast time. Great that lots of fresh fruit was on offer. Location is great for Spalding town centre. Rooms were clean and fresh on arrival and had all that we required.

I needed nothing more than what was provided.

The hosts were super friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. Room was comfortable and clean and overall I can't recommend this enough, particularly for travellers on a budget.

Too small a room and bathroom to be considered a double really, would be perfect for single occupancy though. Also, no bowls available at self serve breakfast

Bit of travel noise in my room. A room 'further back' would have been better but luck of the draw.

Central, great view looking over the river.

The shower did not work properly, the shower head was broken and also the the hose from the mixer was leaking water out, so you had very poor water pressure.
