From decor to staff everything was absolutely amazing. They treat their guests like family. The rooms are very clean, overall the hotel is maintained very well. The management team and the owner are very friendly people and approachable . They tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

i liked that the dogs played with each other in the pool area. Apart from that there is nothing 'special category' like in this hotel. the price/value ratio is totally amiss, because you pay a rather premium price for the area (3 times as much as other comparable hotels) but you hear the freeway all night, which is very active because the trucks can only use it at nighttime. Comfortable beds. Clean. But doesnt have the boutique personality feeling one would look for. Loud.

When they saw us arriving with our tiny dog, they downgraded us from a deluxe to a standard room and lied about it, pretending that the boxy little room they gave us was a deluxe category. They said there were no other rooms available, even though I saw them available at the booking.com site. They didnt refund the difference. Next day they probably understood that I was going to give them a bad rating and graciously upgraded us to the room we had paid for and pretended to be doing us a favour. They said it only got available now. But why not upgrade us instead of downgrading and pretending not to have done so? Or why not make it up with some kind of gesture/discount/a drink etc.Very disappointed and certainly wont stay or recommend this place.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with old-fashioned and classic details. The room we had was spacious. The view - sea and a little bit of marina - is charming. The bathroom and shower are modern and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing and huge in kahvalti style. So everything is lovely overall. It is located not in a walking distance to Alacati so car is required to be able to stay here and feel comfortable.

There is no shelf in the shower (it would definitely make shower better if it can be added). The Wi-Fi dropped regularly and if you plan to make a conference call there can be issues.

Great property with extremely nice staff. The room was squeaky clean and very comfortable. Simit at reception helped us a lot with recommendations and booking taxis.

Nothing really. Water in the shower could be hotter but it's not a big deal.

Small and quiet hotel. Staff very helpful. Most speak English, which helped, with our Turkish being very limited. Very handy location for windsurfing centres and restaurants in the port area. Also plenty of parking.

We were welcomed with a nice surprise; our room was upgrated! We had a lovely room on the groundfloor. The rooms are designed lovely and matching perfectly with the cozy charm of the hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are perfectly clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. During breakfast we had always the best service. The guys at the reception helped us with many things and they were always there to make it comfortable for us. We would love to go back here.

It was not allowed to swim with a burkini :( I can understand the rules, but this was the only thing which make me feel bit uncomfortable as hijabi.

My parents and I absolutely enjoyed staying in a Family Suite at the Alacati Kapari hotel. The suite was very comfortable and clean, the master bedroom had a gorgeous view overlooking the hotel's garden and swimming pool all the way to the nearby seashore. The facilities are true to the description, the courtyard is very green and has quality outdoor furniture and numerous spots to relax at. Traditional Turkish breakfast was versatile and high quality. The nearby port area has a number of fish restaurants and windsurfing rental facilities. We used the hotel's parking lot to park our rental car, so a plus for security. From the hotel, we drove easily to Alacati and Cesme within 10-15 minutes. The staff deserves a special mention – everyone was very helpful, caring and attentive. On our first day we asked for bathrobes, which were delivered momentarily to our suite. All our further requests were always addressed and respected. After we moved out of the hotel, we left a precious personal belonging in the suite. We were very stressed at first, but the hotel staff has found it and mailed it to us all the way to Ukraine! We will definitely come and stay again.

During our stay, there were a couple of private events (dinner parties) at the hotel, one night was especially crowded. However, we have actually enjoyed this cheerful company, as all guests were nice and the party was heartwarming.

Beautiful little hotel with a very nice garden and pool area. Everything was perfect, but the best was the staff. They were all so friendly and welcoming and also very nice to our baby.

Maybe distance from the center. Some dates are quite expensive. But you can catch good offer!
