The facility needs some face lift and upgrade

The staff was not friendly or welcoming.

no hot water - no WIFI in rooms 208 and 209 - one day no water at all - beds where verry uncomfortable, old hotel need major maintenance and upgrades.

Rooms were clean staff was pleasant.

No hot water at times, request an ironing board never got it. All in all the hot water thing was the worst.

Nothing exceptionellt for the pool area

The location, the rooms. The staff was horrible. I think Booking.com should block this hotel because so many travelers have had the same experience. it’s expensive and not even close to match the price, the water isn’t working and worst of all is the staff. They are rude, condescending and even mean. They look bothered even if you ask in the nicest way to please have a towel. Also they add an outrageous extra fee to the price which isn’t what you see when you make the reservation through booking.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional couldn't desire better...my dad did an operation and everyday up to the day we were leaving they were so concern about him....I definitely recommend here to anybody

Shower didn't work proper, breakfast is a joke, internet connection works from time to time. Price not in relation to services.

The food was good

Our room wasn't cleaned once, the bins were flowing over, and the toilet paper was very low, we mentioned it to reception told them that we were going out about 11am, she said she'll send someone along about 11.15, on arrival back in the evening about 6pm the room hadn't been done, I immediately went to reception but no one was there I waited for about 5 minutes when the security guard asked if I needed any help I explained our predicament he kindly said leave it with him a few minutes later there was a knock at our door it was the security guard with bin liners and toilet rolls he also kindly took the rubbish away he showed excellent customer service not the hotel!!

We stayed at Beach Club, not SunBay because Sunbay was closed. Our room was not ready so manager suggested that we eat at Buffet while waiting for the rooms to open. Being hungry after a 8-hour flight and ground processing, we gladly followed his suggestion. The buffet was adequate - a variety of foods but we arrived at the end of the serving period so not a great variety to choose from. We took what we could get. Then the bill came: $37 per person!! I found this very expensive for what we received, but there was no contesting the situation. Rooms were fine and staff was fine too. NIce location on ocean with pool. Would go there again but would negotiate food service.

All meals

Having to bring your food to the table and cannot take up food and no sanitizer bottles. The tables were not sanitized before and sfter each meal.More staffing is required.

Room was large, facilities what you'd expect for a 3* hotel. Staff nice. short walk to the beach.

Breakfast wasn't great at all. The staff were lovely but food and beverage options poor and expensive.

The welcoming was very good, receptionist try to help I had a very good stay
