So nice place for weekend in Vienna! Tasty food in restaurant at 1st floor. For 25 Euros you have a unlimited food for dinner.Location -15 minutes by walking and you have a direct train for city central. Recommend and thanks for wonderful vacation!

The central location. The restaurant had very good lunch/dinner options, food was excellent, staff were friendly. New Year fireworks display was fabulous.

We stayed for nearly two weeks. During this time the room wasn’t cleaned once, no bedding change was done. The bed was not comfortable, mattress was old and we rolled into the middle. We had to ask for basics such as toilet paper to be replaced, the bin to be emptied and fresh towels to be provided. We didn’t see a cleaner in the hallways or anywhere else for that matter for the duration of our stay and cleaned our room ourselves. The aromas from the restaurant have permeated the hotel accommodation, it just smells bad. An ashtray built into the wall on our balcony was overflowing with old cigarette butts, really disgusting. We left our windows open to air the room despite the midwinter cold. Breakfast was an uninspired buffet consisting of poor quality cold meats, cheese etc. The cooked food on offer was a few boiled eggs and frankfurters swimming around in Bain Marie serving dishes, unappetizing to say the least and unchanging. On a number of mornings, the bread was finished or stale! - some achievement in Austria, renowned for its delicious breads and pastries. Coffee cups were used and staff were difficult to track down to ask for replacements. After a week we skipped the hotel breakfast and ate elsewhere. The hotel is in dire need of cleaning and maintenance. Off-cut pieces of carpet cover up the aging carpet beneath, boxes and bric a brac litter the hallways and restaurant, public toilet for restaurant patrons is dirty. It’s obvious that cleanliness is not a priority.

The location was great since it is really close to Mödling station and from there you can go everywhere. Also the restaurant had great food and they always give you a complimentary strawberry ice drink at the end which is really nice of them.

For me, coming to the hotel room and find it cleaned is the best thing when I'm traveling and specially in these times where cleaning is essential. Unfortunately this hotel did not deliver, each day the only thing that changed was that they only made the bedroom but there was no sign of mopping or cleaning. Regarding COVID measures, they did not request once the COVID Certificate , not even to eat at the restaurant. I think that they can improve more and offer the best service that the hotel can give.

The bed was very soft. The staff service can be better. Nobody for check out. Forgot to fill bread at breakfast. Forgot to bring the coffee after she first asked me what I would like to drink.

The restaurant

The room was very unkept, lots of hair in the bathroom, the bed sheet didn’t look fresh, and yes ants was on the bathroom floor as well.

1. Breakfast is not tasty, nothing to eat. 2. The toilet is not draining properly 3. Quarter roll of toilet paper 4. The towels seem to have been used 5. It is not clear how to get from the underground parking to the hotel. The receptionist did not explain, and after going down to the parking lot, it was not clear how to get up with suitcases to our floor.

I did not like smoke odor that was in garage entrance and hallway.

Value for money is excellent. Simple but clean, Wifi worked very well, Garage included.

Nice Asian buffet-style restaurant downstairs, free and safe street parking outside, safe/quiet neighbourhood, convenient for the football (Admira Mödling) just 15 minutes walk away, cheap. Quiet room, despite the busy street outside. Balcony, although it is shared with all the other rooms.

Cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel area could be improved, it's starting to look a little run-down. The rooms are accessed with a physical key, I thought these had disappeared ! Room smelled of bad drains. No fridge or mini bar in room (there is a 24h garage a short walk away for drinks, beer, snacks etc). The restaurant area by contrast is very sleek and clean. I was given a room key and warned "the room might not be ready, come back if it isn't", I returned and was given a handful of keys to try different rooms until I found one ready. A very pragmatic approach :-) but perhaps the hotel could be a bit more organised. It's a shame that there isn't any Asian food for breakfast.
