El piso deja mucho que desear en cuanto mantenimiento, muebles rotos, rodapié en mal estado, mobiliario sucio y muy arañado.

Perfect location, well connected, massive apartment with well kept amenities and clean. And a balcony!

Amazing amount of space for our group of 10 travellers. Large rooms, large dining/living area. Small balcony with a view of the river. Facilities accommodated well for a group our size. Location right next to Országház and close to tram and metro stations as well.

Only small things were lack of wardrobe space in one of the bedrooms and one of the shower rooms not being able to lock. It would also be useful to have additional key sets for large groups.

Property location is very close to most Tourist sights you would want to see as a visitor to Budapest, including transport links. The property itself was decent; clean-ish and welcoming in terms of setup and appearance. However, visiting in February, we did have an issue with the heating in one of the bedrooms. would have thought the radiators would be serviced and checked to ensure it was functioning prior to allowing guests to rent. Just for your consideration, the property is located on the 4th Floor but there is a small lift that will assist anyone who needs it (especially with luggage, however you may be making a few trips up and down the lift depending on your group size/luggage). The property suggests it can accommodate 12ppl however as a family of 10 teenagers & adults, we felt this was the maximum the property can accommodate somewhat comfortably (including use of the sofas). Aside from the small knit picks above, the kitchen was equipped with a small microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, some cutlery, crockery and mugs/glasses - sufficient for our group. If I were to stay in Budapest again, Id certainly be checking the availability of this property first.

Cleaners need to do a better job at cleaning - leftover sweets and crumbs from previous occupants were quite visible.

Checking in was seamlessly easy. Property location was very central (walking distance) to most tourist attractions, public transport options, and food options. The property was equipped with your basic necessities such as dishwasher, fridge, washing machine/dryer, iron, and microwave. Whilst it was clean upon arrival, particular attention was needed around the sofas as there were sweets behind the pillows and dirt particles. We visited Budapest in the Winter and unfortunately one of the bedroom heaters were not working and therefore some of our party were sleeping in the cold. We did have a small issue where the electricity tripped and upon contacting the host, the host was very prompt in replying - excellent service. This property advertises suitability for 12 persons however, a max of 10 can fit somewhat comfortably.

The location was great. The bedrooms big and spacious.

The tv wasn’t a smart tv and had very limited channels.
