It is a small hotel, for a visit to Pisa for one night it is perfect, and the prices are acceptable.

The self check in was great. The location is good, near the Pisa attractions.

The room temperature was a bit cold. Tiny TV with a very high position.

staff unfriendly when they where around. bedroom plug socket hanging down which is potentially dangerous. heating not working.

clean hotel and very central! 10 min walk to Pisa tower, 5 min walk to the train station and 20 min walk to the airport (less than 2 miles)

all good, it was the first place ever we stayed in that didn’t have any cups! so if you want to have a drink in the room bring your own cup !

Separate bathroom right down the corridor that you could not lock ! My wife took a chair from the room to block door whilst showering ! No kettle to have a coffee or tea before bed or on awaking! But was offered some hot water! Heater made a whistling noise that we had to kick to make it stop, and dogs barking next door ! Tiled floors that where cold we put towels on the floor fir mats , tv remote was not working they changed the code on the main door without informing us ! Goid job my phone battery was ok to get new code whilst stuck outside........ no soaps in bathroom

The room temperature was adjustable. The room was alright, I would say good value for the money. We arrived late, after the closing of the reception but I was able to arrange a method to pick up the keys. They staff was helpful.

There was no service of restaurant and minimum breakfast facility. Atleast breakfast must be served with or without charge, one tea kettle with complementary teabags and at the time of check-in, receptionist must attend the guest.

Clean, looks exactly like the pictures, perfect for a one night stay. Exceptional location. We booked the suite (for 5 people) and it was exactly what we were looking for; a place to rest for the night. Also, we arrived at mid night and we found the key at the reception desc with a map in order to find our suite. It was right next to the hotel

We would prefer if all 3 of the beds where open and made, since we arrived very late. The receptionist didn’t speak english but we managed to communicate!

Toilets are outside and its far from the room.

The location of the hotel was perfect. 15min walk to the leaning tower and a 7mins walk to the train station.

The property was not as described. Was informed there will be 2 room but there was one. We asked to change but they had no availability. Not all facilities were provided; no wifi, not enough toiletries for 5 people, no kettle and no cups. was very disappointed.
