The SCUBA & Waterstoprts team were just brilliant, as always. The location and beach / pool area were great places to be. The spa was really relaxing and all areas were clean. The rooms were well appointed as I remember them and the mini bar stocked as required.

I have been going to Couples since 2002, this is our 6th time. This time was a lot more expensive than any previous time - a lot more! However, we felt as if we got less of a quality product and service. The food portions were a lot smaller at meal times and less of a selection too. You could order drinks and they would not arrive, having to repeatedly ask again and again, and in the end go and get your own. The same with food orders, you could order a course, and it would be forgotten completely. The premium brand drinks are not premium brand either. I recall drinks like Remy Martin, Grand Marnier being available- not any more, the champagne is also of a poor quality. This observation is across all bars and restaurants. Staff appear too busy chatting amongst themselves than looking after guests. In summary, the overall quality has seriously fallen below what i enjoyed previously and yet the price has increased. Given this, I firmly believe we will look at other resorts and destinations before Couples resorts; which is a shame.
