Great place to stay, beautiful rooms that are a really good size. Luca could not do enough for us he recommended some great restaurants. Would strongly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Luca was extremely helpful and communicative. He showed us to the local restaurants, made sure we got to the airport on time and ensured we had everything we needed. We were 5 minutes from the airport and this place made our last night in Rome (and early morning departure) seamless and comfortable.

Very warm welcome by Luca, lovely room and very clean, lovely breakfast and great location close to the airport and beach. Had a wonderful stay!

Coffee was brought to our room in the morning, a wonderful breakfast and shuttle service to the airport. Luca also gave us some great information on where to have dinner in the town. He was a fantastic host!!

Luca was very helpful . Picked up at airport promptly . Great European breakfast. Good restaurant recommendation- walk to. Would stay here again when using Flumicino air port.

The owner Luca makes everything to make your stay comfortable. Room and bathroom are very well equipped. Transfer service was simple to reach and perfectly on time. Breakfast is served in the garden and it was OK.

Luca was a delightful host and very accommodating. The property is small which allows for a really personal stay. Loved it. The property is also very close to the Airport (Luca can provide a shuttle service both ways for a nominal amount). It was perfect for us. The property is also a ten minute walk from amazing seafood restaurants- yum.

The breakfast had so many options and everything was delicious. The location to the airport was 10 minutes away.

Luca is the host of Sleep and Stay, its not a large hotel,but the service is outstanding. On arrival at Roma Airport, I rang Luca and he was there to pick me up within 10 minutes.
Once at the hotel, he'd written an itinerary of the places to eat at, he rated them on price and quality, nothing ever seemed to be a problem for him ,the bathroom. and shower are enormous.
Next morning ,after breakfast, the shuttle was ready to return me to the airport.The shuttle is only 10Euro each way , which is great value.
I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to stay at Sleep &Stay .

Luca was a gracious host and even picked us up at FCO! It was our last night in Italy and Luca provided nearby dining tips which were spot on. The facility was very clean with modern touches. Luca provided a nice breakfast before we headed to the airport ! We’ll done Luca and all the best! Ciao.

Minutes from airport, room very clean and neat, Breakfast very good and served earlier for us due to Flying time. Host very, very accomodating. If driving call ahead for actual address for GPS. Listed address does not get one to the correct place. The sign is not very observable either.
GPS did head us in wrong direction but Luca squared us away.

Everything..the room was very comfortable and the bathroom modern and spacious, delicous breakfast and the location to airport is fabulous. It was a real surprise to find Fiumicino is such a vibrant little place with lots to explore. Excellent restaurants nearby with great seafood. Lucca is the perfect host and offers airport transfer at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely stay again.

It's super comfortable, near the airport and the staff is amazing. My flight was very early in the mornig and Luca even prepared me breakfast to take with me for the plane.

Staff were very accommodating to all our needs and extremely helpful on recommending restaurants nearby which were in walking distance. Due to my husband walking with a cane they kindly dropped us at a recommended restaurant and picked us up.
