Location was good, and parking available

Room could not isolate outside noise (on the 10th floor) Neighborhood bar played loud music until 6am, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Raised issue with staff after second sleepless night, was assured it wouldn't be an issue the third night - WRONG Would not recommend this hotel

Great value! 4 star hotel for a 2 star price.

Noisy room and A/C broken, but it was cool outside so I just cracked the windows. Which didn't help the noise. But I had ear plugs.

I really appreciate the effort you took to room all 7 of us near each other. That was the most important. Thank you. One of us had to go to the emergency room, another's toilet broke, we had gifts to organize, etc. It was easy to find each other. And thanks for the transportation. Carlos is good.

Better instructions as to how to contact the front desk (no number), and hotel rooms and outside phone calls. But when I asked the front desk they were very helpful. Also, when I tried in advance to ask you to Book our rooms close together, I was put in contact with a service in the Netherlands who could not help at all. Awkward that we cannot call the hotel from the USA with questions. You are too busy. Felipe Carreon from the Technological school arranged our rooms with you afer we arrived at the hotel. But it was a worry till then.

I really like the family environment.

I dislike that there is no laundry service on weekends.

the bathroom is little claustrophobic but it’s okey

Breakfast was chaotic. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Breakfast was decent. The bell hop. Carlos, was wonderful!

the room was very noisy with outside noise. not sure if it was because we were at the back facing the second building or what. but on the 7th floor you would expect it to be quieter
