Perfect apartment, very central and with all comfort. I highly recommend it. Very clean and completely new building.

Great location, just few steps from the La Pedrera. The apartment is very nice, clean and quite. The communication with Mario was easy. He was friendly and helpful. We had a great stay! :)

There was no breakfast. The neighborhood is clean and tidy, we didn't meet any neighbors

Communication with the host is difficult. I did not receive a quick and satisfactory answer to my letter sent before the trip. The host was extremely arrogant. The gas boiler does not work perfectly. When it started, it exploded so much that the whole apartment shook.

the location was excellent and the apartment was quite cozy with an excellent balcony.

The location was fantastic. Very spacious apartment. Good temperature control. Comfortable bed.

The apartment was just a bit rundown; powerpoint coming out of the wall in bathroom, stains on furniture and blankets, dodgy hot water, showers needing a deep clean (smell like mildew/mould), toilet flush buttons get stuck with every use. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the washing machine as it has thick black mould in the seal around the door and filter. I actually bought disposable gloves and used the products I found in the kitchen to try and clean the mould but I was unsuccessful. We went to a landromat.

The location is ideal for tourists. One half a block from La Padrera, lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment is at the rear so there is no street noise. Spacious with modern furnishings. The balcony with table and chairs was very much appreciated at breakfast.

Great locationa! It was very easy to find and close to everything. The apartment was spacious and very clean.

The only issue i found, because we go to bed early, was that the night life noises were loud coming from the restuarant in the square.

great location in the center of the city.. really enjoyed the balcony with sunlight and wind... other necessities are there for your use... enjoyed the location very close to Gaudi building and all the luxury brands... red tour bus stop and taxis waiting in the nearby street... we were able to meet a nice lady who showed us up to our apt and we were able to keep the luggage inside the apt before check in time... owner would almost instantly respond to any questions on whatsapp... very responsive and friendly... really enjoyed the stay and recommend to anyone visiting Barcelona :)

bit of noise in the evening... the neighbor below has kids shouting running and crying from time to time but it wasnt too bad... you can hear your neighbors if they are having a bbq party in the lawn but that is once during our stay

The location was great, it's near a metro and just a stone throw away from la pedrera. There's a near 24 hour small grocery store which is convenient. Facility is complete. Mario is also reachable by WhatsApp and answers promptly when you have questions.

The apartament is super comfort, large, cool and well furnished. The balcony has an excellent exposure, sunny throughout the morning.

There was no shampoo or shower gel and any food necessary for cooking (salt and oil). The host could have left a bottle of water considering the late arrival time. These aspects are not essential but they are attenzione that could change the perception of the clients

Everything...the terrace, perfect location for sightseeing, beds super comfortable, quiet during night, if they were selling this place, I would buy it, seriously!

The location was excellent, it was very quiet and the apartment had a really nice balcony, very private, overlooking a pool downstairs, perfect for a coffee in the morning. Everything was clean, the owner was very helpful and gave us some useful tips. Overall we would book it again next time.
