Amazing location from the airport. It was a nice, clean property but the staff was truly what made my stay exceptional. They also had breakfast included which was great. The gentleman at the front desk deserves a raise for how truly amazing he was. They also organized my transportation to and from the hotel.

Close to the airport but it was a beautiful small hotel with just 7 room, and a lovely courtyard garden where we were served a delicious breakfast. Much better than your standard hotel.

Front desk lady went beyond my expectations. Been staying at different hotels and nothing like this one. it’s clean, good vibe and great food. Safe location. I thought not having AC was going to be an issue but I was wrong, maybe because it’s December? Their patio is so relaxing, wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely come back!

Fridge was unplugged, had to plug it myself. You can hear a disco near by, but it’s tolerable specially if you’re tired. Also, wall is thin you’ll be able to hear people talking next door. Thankfully they didn’t last long.

The customer service was excellent!

The best part are the staff, lovely hosts (I'm not sure if it's a family business but if it's not, they take care of it like it is). The rooms were clean and confortable. The location is pretty safe with a few shopping malls nearby and also real close to the airport.

The system of leaving the key and always having to ask to go out and come in for someone introvert as me was not ideal. I always felt bad for going out shortly and always having to call someone to open the door. The staff doesn't complaint, I just feel bad for doing it. The prices are a bit expensive but it was in the range from every hotel in that zone of Guatemala.

The outside gate is kept locked so you must have staff unlock gate if you want in or out.

Walls a little thin…had loud neighbours speaking very loudly on the phone until after midnight.

The location in relation to the airport is great, the receptionist and cleaner were very helpful and friendly, with the cleaner lady even walking with me to show the way to a covid testing location. Breakfast was good, room very clean and the wife excellent.

The worst thing was the aircraft taking off, but it is to be expected, being near to the airport.
