Friendly and helpful reception staff, Ping and house cleaning staff. They made it up for the otherwise rundown and tired property which need better maintenance. Hotel location is good, quite near restaurants and shops, and just across the street is the beach.

The first room we had had many problems in the toilet - heater not functioning, water leakage at wall, toilet flush issue, no toilet roll holder. We changed to another room. The heater worked but there was no toilet roll holder, hooks or towel rail. The hotel gave only one towel each. There was no hand or hair towel. Not all the lights worked.

Beautiful beachfront room is highly recommended but only in high season when the beaches are clean and waters are calm. The low season can be a very different story because the beach is nasty & angry waters. The room itself is great, having a fridge & kettle is really handy. Room is clean & quiet

A decent sized clean room right on the beach. The view was breath-taking. Clean pool and well behaved staff. The area is also very near to 7-11, and multiple street food vendors and many small food joints. Availability of bike at the resort is a plus. Overall had a pleasant experience.

Excellent service. The staff were very helpful. The location is good. It is near a beautiful beach and it is somewhat in the middle of the island. They were not serving breakfast but good street vendors nearby.

The pool was unusable unfortunately. The staff we’re trying to get it sorted but ultimately if you wanted a pool holiday then you’d be disappointed. The beach more than made up for it so it didn’t bother us.

The location of this property is fabulous, just across the road from the beach and round the corner from shops for necessities. The property is basic but absolutely fine. Staff are great and helpful. We got the family deluxe which was 2 rooms connected by a door. Very spacious. The noise from that room was quite loud from the road but didn’t cause a problem and loved hearing the monkeys in the mornings!

The swimming pool is extremely small but there was a huge problem with it when we got there. It was green. The staff knew there was an issue and got some one in to filter and clean it. It then turned brown while being done. This took a full day but when it was completed the pool was clean. It the. Started to turn green again after 2 days. They repeated the cleaning process the day after but we didn’t use the pool at all. It didn’t affect our holiday because we’re not really pool people and the beach is great but if you were a pool person you would have been incredibly disappointed. In total the pool was u usable for 5 days of our 10 day booking at this hotel. I looked it up and believe (but not sure) it’s to do with copper and algae in the water?
