El personal es muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades. Mi hermana es celíaca y todos los desayunos le preparaban su comida aparte. Además, las habitaciones son cómodas y las camas cómodas. Muy bien ubicado.

Great location, really close to tourism offices, bus station, shopping and restaurants. Great view of mountains and bay. Very friendly staff that were super helpful, let us store luggage before our check in when we arrived early + after we checked out. Good breakfast, simple but filling and lots of options. Heated tile floors made room very warm and amenities were very clean. Very little is provided with the room but you have what you need. Beds are small and firm but comfortable.

It was as advertised and good value! No complaints.

Precisei fazer uma reclamação na madrugada as 5 da manhã e não tinha ninguém na Recepcao, fui umas 3 vezes e nada, depois me cobraram um tapete de chão que eu limpei o calçado pois é um tapete

Lack of facilities in a hotel that costs more than in London. No food or drink other than the usual dreadful Argentine breakfast. Slimy pieces of ham and cheese. At least a decent fruit salad. Totally characterless.

The owner was very helpful and did everything to help me find a currency exchange. I had olny Chilian pesos, and most of the currency exchanged only dollars and euros. She called all currencies exchange stores in town and found for me one which was very close to the hotel. The manager of the hotel was very professional and also very resourceful. He helped me to rent a car and it took him only a few minutes. Amazing helpful people. If you travel on your own for sure they will help you so you can feel safe and welcome.

Incredibly friendly and super helpful staff. Very clean. Great views, quiet, and only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street. Convenience store and cafes nearby. Let us check in early after leaving our cruise shop which was much appreciated:)

It's up the hill so even if it's two blocks from main street, it can be challenging in the winter when it's full of ice. Walls are too thin and you can hear everything.

plastic pillows & mattress cover; dining chairs covered in plastic also no extra blanket, freezing room double bed requested, 2 singles provided extremely poor breakfast; kettle to boil for tea, whole fruit, no yogurt or muesli; no eggs; no staff assistance for anything room not cleaned for 2 night stay asked for laundry service, maps, advice on what to do, nothing given or a response provided exchanged money & received ripped usd notes back that no other hotels would accept in Argentine/Chile we were the only people staying in the hotel but there were many other people coming & going throughout the day & night there inexperienced staff & thoroughly awful, expensive, & unacceptable experience out of my 3 months in South America

facilities are basic but new

i cannot stress this enough -the staff at front desk are untrained and unskilled - they do not seem to speak neither Spanish nor English. Not only they were rude to us but also out of place and disrespectful i booked 2 rooms and got called in the middle of the day by them asking me if i could do them “a favor” and surrender one of the rooms (that i had already paid 50% for) as they were double booked. i said i would rather not and they proceeded to ask me WHY had i booked two rooms. i have never been treated with this level of rudeness / unprofessionalism.
