The place was good and comfortable

The checking process, very complicated, if you don't have service on your phone you wont be able to check in (we are not from UK ). If you need any accommodations wont be posible

Plenty of space. Good size kitchen. Half an hour to Legoland. Nice basket of biscuits and treats on arrival.

Really hard beds. Dated bathroom. No oven gloves or oil in the kitchen. Key system fiddly.

Nothing, the place was not as advertised. it had was very small and the place was dirty with hair everywhere and un ironed bedding. The toilet was very small and the house looked unfinished in general. it also smelt dump. we had to clean before getting comfortable as I had kids with me who touch everything and they do not do refunds so we just had to stay i had payed good money for that place. The window for the toilet is placed as a bedroom window, the toaster doesn't work, the bathroom taps don't work, the bedroom floors were dirty and dusty.

The house was nice and clean and tidy. Perfect location for our stay and visit to Thorpe Park.

Lack of bedding and towels when we arrived but a quick phone call sorted that out and they were delivered to the house.

Leaving

Where do I start?? Only leaving a bad review as were being pestered to leave a good review. Don't usually do it. Taps didnt work in the bath, pretty sure they had been isolated so we could only shower. Settees were small and very uncomfortable. Roller blind and attached timber plank fell down onto my 6 year old sons bed as it had been stuck on with glue, could have seriously hurt him if he was in bed at the time. Neighbours could be heard through the wall as if they were in same room, they had a huge argument on the first night and thought they were banging on the door when infact they were in their own house, never been in such a house where you can hear people so clearly in a neighbouring property. Stopped immediately after we contacted host on night 2 at 1am informing him if he didn't manage to get them to stop we would be knocking the door! Houses next door had gardens like scrap yards and just an overall shocking stay. Also WiFi couldn't connect as details in the pack at property were incorrect. Great for 3 children.

Lovely presented house, the host as ever exceptional

The location was brilliant, 15 mins from thorpe park and other london attractions like that. The living room area and kitchen were lovely and the bedrooms well decorated.

The Bathroom wasnt up to standard with the rest of the house, the beds were not the comfiest they were quite firm.

The beds
