Close proximity to train station. Quiet, modern décor and excellent bathroom products including pjs. Exceptional service (although a self checkin) management replied promptly to any questions we had and went out of their way to help.

Great location. Spacious room with large beds and sufficient living space. Check in and out process very easy.

The property has good facilities including a laundry and was close to the bus stop and a family mart store as well as some bars

Very quiet and nice location, train station Hakone-Yumoto within walking distance. The room is incredibly clean and well-equipped. All the facilities are in very good condition, especially the toilet and the kitchen. We really enjoyed our short stay in Hakone!

Super schlechte Lage. Es wird zwar ein Bis beschrieben, aber der fährt so gut wie nie. Dementsprechend läuft man bergauf zur Unterkunft. Mit Koffern und Kind nicht schön. Wir hatten unser Kind angekündigt und gesagt, dass wir für sie die Schlafcouch bräuchten. War aber nicht vorbereitet. Im Bad müffelt es, was man riecht, sobald die Lüftung nicht läuft und besonders sauber war es auch nicht. Wir waren nicht zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Nice clean compact apartment type accommodation with an amazing shower and lovely bathroom amenities.

Check in is 4pm which seems late. The microwave wasn’t working. I didn’t do the walk to the centre but the bus doesn’t take long but don’t think it’s that frequent especially in the evenings. Last bus is 8.05pm and very much on time!

鏡が広く水道が2個付いていたので、朝2人同時にメイクができました。 着いた時には暖房もつけてくださっていて良かったです。 アットホームな感じで居心地が良かったです。

とても快適なお部屋でしたが強いて言うならお風呂が1人立てるスペースしかないところです。一泊なら我慢できるって感じです。駅近だけど急な坂がありました。

とても綺麗でした。暖房も入れてくれていたようで夜に着きましたが寒くなかったです。スリッパもあったので良かったです。

無人ということなので自分で鍵を開けるのに勝手が判らず心配でした。

Clean and they have only the things that you'll need. Perfect for a sudden overnight stay.

The location. It's not that bad if you don't have a luggage or anything but it was so nice for the staff to remind us about the uphill slope.

In budget options in Hakone this is an absolute gem. Room was clean, or to be fair rooms. This place was enormous. Paired with Cosy double bed, fast wifi, hot shower and quiet location I couldn't ask for more

The room was very clean with a great number of facilities. We were made to feel very welcome.

It got very cold at night and the hill climb was difficult after a long day.

エレベーターがあったら良かった 急な坂があり、大きい荷物を持っていたので移動がとても大変だった

The room is cozy and beautiful. It's almost like a mini apartment, since you have stove, big bathroom and everything. Even though it's self check in, but the process is so easy.

The location, although relatively close to the station, but there are some steep roads. But still reachable by foot

Lo único que podría decir que “no me gustó” es que había que subir al apartamento por escalera y no tenía ascensor

清潔で快適に宿泊できました。

もうちょっとお風呂が広ければ良かったです。

쉬운 체크인과 넓은 객실 잘 준비된 샤워가운 그리구 주인분의 친절한 가이드가 좋습니다

유모토역에서 약간 거리가 있고, 체크인 전 짐을 보관할 수 없어 아쉽네요

Good location, 10 minutes walking distance from Hakone train station.

Unfortunately there were many cockroaches in the room, even in bed. 🪳 🪳We contacted the owners and we got refunded. Hopefully they wil work on the cockroaches topic to make future guests stay more pleasant.

It was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very polite.

For japanese standard, the flat was big. Well equipped.

It was windy during the night and the sheet over the camper van was doing a lot of noise.

The room was cozy and had everything we needed. Self check in and check out was really easy. We were about a ten minute walk from the main part of town.

As we were driving, so location is not an issue. The room is cozy enough for family of 3. extra blanket and pillow were provided. Self check-in experience was alright with email on check-in date so the process is smooth and clear. small kitchen and microwave provided which is good for reheating food from the convenient stores.

The toilet is separated from the shower. Not a big issue, just not used to it.
