1. At the Hotel, the bank terminal refuses to accept payments in euros - only in Albanian leks, which is an additional cost for currency conversion. The administration of the Hotel in the future should deal with this issue. 2. Sometimes weak Wi-Fi connection. 3. There is no glass anywhere in the room, not even in the bathroom. 4. The garbage can is only in the far corner of the room. 5. Breakfast is extremely monotonous. 6. Making a check-out very early in the morning, the day administrator told me the day before that I could ask for coffee, because the room was booked until 12:00, and I checked out around 4:00 for leaving to the Airport. However, the night administrator in the morning asked for payment for coffee. 7. When paying for coffee, the night administrator took my card in his hands and made the payment on his own, while I did not see the amount on the terminal that I had to pay. For financial security purposes, this is not allowed. 8. The Hotel, for an additional fee, called me a taxi early in the morning to Tirana Airport and warned me that it would inform the taxi driver that the payment had already been received from me, because I had paid by card the day before departure. However, having arrived at the departure terminal, the taxi driver demanded payment, which means double costs, which are also quite high. I strongly ask the Hotel Management to deal with this problem, because as a result I experienced stress.

The hotel was dirty, people smoked all over the place, it looked like a place for drugs. We came, not even spend the night because it was disgusting and they still took the money for all the nights we ordered

The place wasn't clean and in the morning the staff wasn't nice to me. They make me pay for breakfast while I already did trough booking.com

The staff is excellent, and Henry was very social and helpful, the cleaning lady does a excellent / outstanding job also

Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Great breakfast. And especially friendly and helpful staff: Memjon, Redon, and Henri. Memjon gave us pointers as to where to go for the night life, and just overall very friendly and professional. Redon would negotiate taxi prices for us and tell us where to take the bus. Henri even dropped me off at the Skanderbeg square after he finished his shift. Thanks for everything!

Very centraly located near to everything . Wonderful breakfast but the tea was not includes...?

The maintenance in the rooms could be on a bit higher level. The view from the window was a bit confusing..

I had a pleasant stay - the room was nice and clean, Redon in front desk was very helpful and welcoming & the location was also great. Would stay here again!
