Excellent communication throughout from the host, with clear instructions on how to enter the property. Superb location for the beach. Great size rooms and two bathrooms- always useful.

It didn't have a brush to clean the floor they didn't have TV in my bedroom and the kids bedroom and the WiFi only works when you in the living room and when you go to the bedroom it doesn't work

The apartment is in the city centre, near by the see.

We lived in an apartment that was full of cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom.

Apartment was infested with cockroaches and ants. An unbeliveable amount of them. The owner offered to spray but we did not come for having it sparyed while we are there and especially while staying with a baby. this was not 1 or 2 that come at night. they were in the bedroom, on the couch, every drawer in the kitchen and more.. To top things off we did not have hot water in the shower. During the weekend the noise from the street is unbearable and we did not sleep for one minute. We left the apartment in the middle of our stay and moved to a different clean place.

Location close to the city center. Good communication with the owner before our arrival.

There were 5 of us travelling and we chose the apartment for its size and 3 bedrooms. A week before our stay, the owner Simon wrote to us that accommodation in the apartment was not possible and that he could offer us another apartment in the same location - a smaller apartment with only 2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. The accommodation had already been paid for and so we agreed. Unfortunately, the apartment was not very clean - dust on the floor and furniture, missing duvets. In addition, it was on the first floor with all the windows facing the street, which was extremely noisy all night - cars, motorcycles, screaming people, bar across the street. The windows barely blocked out the noise. We hardly slept, and in the morning there was no hot water... The owner offered to fix the defects and claimed that the night was noisy because it was Saturday. But our disappointment was so great that we found other accommodation and left the apartment, which saved us a good impression of our stay in Cyprus. I asked the owner if he would refund part of the money we had already paid for the remaining 2 unused nights. Unfortunately, he stopped communicating, he has not returned the money yet - no effort to reach an agreement. All in all I can say, that we have traveled many countries, stayed in dozens of accommodations of different levels. But this was our worst experience so far.

Nothing, the whole bulilding and the area was awful

The accommodation is located at the worst street of Larnaca. It is absolutely not safe! Prostitutes on the street, smell of grass in the building, on the next apartman’s door red towel, and we heard noise of sex, so somebody “worked” inside. The accommodation is not what the reviews shows. The owner did not transfered any part of amount, although we did not use the accommodation. We left it immediately, we dind’t spend there any time.

The apartment is very spacious with 2 bathrooms, which was very convenient for us (4 adults & 3 kids). It is well equipped with laundry machine, comfortable beds etc... The host was very responsive when we had questions. We requested an extra key as we wanted to split in 2 groups and he made a duplicate to give us one. The location of the apartment is perfect!! 5 min away from the beach and promenade, the shops, and there is a mini-market and fuits/veggies shop right below the building! There was a parking besides the building and the parking owner/manager was very nice and let us use it anytime for 9 days for a flat 50 euros fee. We were then able to move around in Larnaca and other cities easily. Highly recommend the stay there, it was great value for money!

The apartment is on the 1st floor and the isolation is not great. Some nights, we could hear loud noise from the street. It was mainly on friday/saturday night, some drunk young adults going to the parking after their night out. It would be good to have 2 extra pillows available, as some pillows were small/flat and some of us needed a higher pillow

Simon was an incredible host. He was very responsive and assisted us in anything we needed.

Some of the appliances seemed a bit fragile. Both showers seemed to leak.

Nothing. This apartment does not match the description in the ad. The description is misleading.

Definitely do not order this apartment from this owner. First, there was no hot water for 2 days, but the owner accused me of not being able to use an eoelectric boiler, even though he sent miles of instructions. Later it turned out that the tan burned, but the owner did not even apologize. Air conditioners and TVs also did not work, they could not be turned on. I assumed that the batteries needed to be replaced, but the owner said that this was not his problem and I had to buy them myself. The kitchen lacked kitchen utensils for cooking, in particular to cook and serve soup, drain pasta. To my questions about whether he can help with this, the answer is our problems. I have never encountered such bad, humiliating and inhospitable service.

Minor points: no ironing board, more blankets would have been nice as it is the colder season.

The apartment is clean and spacious. The beds are so comfortable and the air conditioning is great for the hot weather. Simon was very good and welcoming and told us everything we needed to know about the area. The apartment is two minutes walk from the beach. The area is very safe. I will definitely go back to this place.

Nothing everything was good and well maintained.

In general apartment looks very nice: performed in one style, modern with designer touch, spacious, with comfortable beds. However, the apartment had an neglected appearance: the sofa and sofa cushions need professional cleaning, the apartment smelled of old cigarette smoke, the shower and washbasins were not properly cleaned, there was no soap in the bathroom and shower gel. In any case, all the shortcomings can be easily eliminated with the help of professional cleaning. The apartment has great potential to be the best in the center of Larnaca.

The apartment and furniture smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom needed a better cleaning. On a small balcony were lying used pizza boxes trashed on the floor. Bed linen are worn out and need replacement, as in some places there were holes.

We heard a lot of cicada every night, which was a little bit disturbing.

Nicely decorated, modern and stylish apartment with very spacious rooms, all the furniture and equipment were new. It was near to local shop, promenade, beach, bus stop and city center.

Too less sheets for 6 people. It was hard to unfold the couch. There wasn't any adapter to electric sockets. WiFi was not working on the first day of our stay, but the host solved this problem the next day.
