Loved the roof terrace, coffee shop and bowling! Room was clean and large. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was intuitive to use.
No chairs on the balcony, we had to bring the inside chairs outside. 3 forks, easily could have had 4. Shower floor is slick! Nit picky stuff for a great stay

There was no breakfast, they forgot to fill the condiments up , so there was no shampoo etc. The worst part was that the maintenance man just walked in our room with his key. He did not even knock. It scared us.

The front desk clerk was friendly and quirky in the best possible way. The hotel is in a mixed use building that featured a movie theater and restaurant with a bowling alley and arcade, which was unexpected and fun.
Outdoor signage to parking could be more clearly marked.

When someone is talking to the staff them and the gernal manager they got rude about it. That's something you don't do.
The staff and the doors wouldn't shut and hair still in the sink.

The location is good
We stayed fora week and our room was not cleaned even once. Not even the trash was picked up. Even after asking for it. We consider the property to pricey for that kind of service. The room was comfortable but the a/c was loud. We do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Spacious rooms. Kitchenette with great appliances. Balcony and room provided great views. A block from the Ped mall and restaurants and shops. A+ facility. Delicious coffee bar and food on 2nd floor. Movie theatre on first floor. Fun little bowling alley and arcade and food on first floor. We loved all the conveniences.
Honestly, no complaints. Facility was great. Staff was wonderful.

Loved the studio apartment with kitchenette, very centrally located in Iowa City.
Please replace the little plastic bottles of toiletries with built-ins in the shower.

we had a great view of the city from our balcony! it was am awesome atmosphere and felt like we had gotten away
parking was a little confusing. Had to pay parking meter but then we asked if we wanted to pay for parking inside. it was a little confusing but not really a complaint

Rooms were exceptional. Loved the kitchen area and its high end appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. Keurig also an added plus. Ultra clean, modern and a great location. The amenities are great. Spare Me bowling was an unexpected surprisingly great bar ! Great craft cocktails. Adam the bartender was awesome ! Lovely coffee bar as well. There is also an indépendant film theatre! I highly recommend this hotel. Great Value! Parking garage on site! You will love your stay!

I love Dalia at the front desk. She was super sweet.
Bed was uncomfortable. When the hotel was private, the beds were amazing. So much so that I asked about the brand! This bed left myself n partner with horrible sore backs

we booked a room with two queens and a balcony but when we arrived the room had one bed and no balcony. we did not stay and and are waiting for the charge to be removed.

Facility and room were fantastic and far exceeded expectations.
The only negatives were a Very noisy HVAC system that sounded like a V8 motor idling in the corner when on, and a separate parking lot we were charged extra for that was wide open to public and not too secure.
