There is no cleaning service, in fact, when i asked about it I was told by reception "Well, you did not ask for it". First, do not place this on the guest who is paying for it (and worse because I was burying my father and not in a mood to be blamed for not asking for it) and 2) have your check-in person tell you in advance instead of me having to ask for towels and coffee. I travel for work all the time and this has never been an issue and it will preclude me from staying here again.

The bed was not as comfortable as I’m used to with Hyatt hotels

Location is the reason we stay each year. Housekeeping staff were very friendly.

Overnight parking fee is new. We requested two queens with a pull out sofa and got a king instead. We also requested a room on the higher floors overlooking the city but were on 5th floor with no view. Pool closed at 9:30, even though hours sat until 10:00. The hotel just seemed dirtier and more run down this time. Will probably look at The Hilton or Westin for our stay next year.

The property is in a nice part of town and the staff that were there were very nice.

There wasn’t enough staff available. There were long waits for food and drink. Staff were friendly but were not well trained (one of the staff members put my beer up her shirt to try and twist the cap off) We also had no towels in our room.

We were not given the room I reserved and we had one bed for 4 people and I was told the manager would be contacting me and never did and we never got a different room
