What a great place and location. The house had everything we needed. The back yard was a plus. Outdoor fire pit and hot tub. Definitely would recommend.

The house was great! Loved the upstairs layout with the two bedrooms attached through a closet. Hot tub was great! The bathrooms could’ve used a vacuum around the edges of the room/tub as there were some stray hairs but other than that, the place was super clean. The neighborhood is close to a lot of things but the surrounding houses on the street didn’t have the best curb appeal so we were a little worried when we first pulled up but didn’t have any problems during our stay! Overall, great stay for a great price!

Stayed here while attending a ND football game. It was within walking distance to the stadium. The house was clean and comfortable, the beds were really nice and kitchen was well equipped. The only suggestion would be to update the shower/bath. Had a small hiccup checking in but Todd was great. Very responsive and got it sorted out quickly and compensated us for the trouble. We would stay here again!

On the inside, the Brick House was perfect for our family visiting ND. It was clean, met all our needs, and the coffee bar was cool! The owner was eager to please and communicative. The interior is quiet and safe.
I know the owner can’t do much about this, but the neighborhood is less than desirable, which I didn’t know. That didn’t stop us from walking to & from campus by day; we were just more careful by night.

I had to stay in South Bend for a week while my daughter was at a Notre Dame camp. This apartment worked very well for my needs. The pictures are accurate and the apt is plenty of room for a small family. It is close to downtown and ND campus (~1-2 miles). Having access to a w/d was very helpful. The owner was very responsive to my questions and provided lots of information up front.

There were some little things that could be improved about the property, but overall we had a good stay. The upstairs tenants are very helpful and the owner is very responsive. Nice little back patio where you could have a cup of coffee and watch rabbits play in the yard. Close to downtown and ND, so that is helpful. The neighborhood leaves something to be desired, but we walked every day and didn't run into any trouble.

A spacious yet cozy apartment. Comfortable for 4 people. A short drive to Notre Dame, St. Mary's or Holy Cross universities. Wonderful for a family or friends visiting South Bend.

Cozy, quaint, and awesome!
Very easy check-in process, within moments of dropping our bags we were settled in and watching Netflix. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great, nice eat-in kitchen. Such a cozy home. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer.

The apartment was what I expected. The neighborhood was a little less than I imagined. Good location but some trash around the property, although the property and apartment itself were clean and comfortable. Beds were great. I would book it again.

Utterly charming floorplan and decor. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds and great hot shower! Large flat-screen TVs in living room and bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen--loved the Nespresso maker. Quiet neighborhood with easy on-street parking. Great communication with host, Todd. Will definitely seek to book again on future visits to South Bend.

Good Value
The Bad - Kitchen floor was sticky when we got there
Laundry was being held hostage (not emptying) by the upstairs tenants could not get but one load washed had to hang it in the closets to dry.
The shower curtain really needed to be cleaned it was pretty dirty.
The good
Aside from the above quirks It was a very nice rental. the beds were super comfortable. We did not really use anything but the coffee maker and fridge, but the stove does work. as far as I know.
The location was good for us in proximity to our plans. We were not there during the much of the day most of the time. but when we got back there was always parking in front.
I don't know if you can find more space for less So Value is really strong.
Todd was really good at getting us in the place but if he said anything to them about the laundry it just made things worse and I am not someone to pull someone's clothes out of the machine. if I was there was no clean basket to place them in.
It met 90% of our expectations and thats a A grade.

We enjoyed this spacious, clean and quaint accommodation. Easy and quick drive to Notre Dame. Communication with manager was pleasant and responses were prompt, if not immediate.

Great place to stay!
We rented this property for a getaway weekend at Notre Dame. It was perfect! In the colder weather, we did drive to campus but if it was warmer we would have walked. Highly recommend staying here!
