Splendida baita per famiglie vi aspetta in questo ambiente di montagna privato. Situato a soli 30 minuti da Asheville nella pittoresca cittadina di Waynesville con il suo pittoresco centro. Convenientemente vicino a The Biltmore House, Cattaloochee Ski Resort, The Blue Ridge Parkway, Harrah's Cherokee Casinos, Smokey Mountain National Forest e molto altro.
Questa splendida baita di 3 piani di 2200 piedi quadrati è dotata di tutto il necessario per una fantastica vacanza in montagna. La cabina è dotata di una cucina completamente attrezzata per soddisfare tutte le esigenze di cottura e una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Abbiamo 3 camere da letto e 4 bagni completi e possiamo ospitare comodamente fino a 10 (fino a 6 adulti più bambini). Un piano piano aperto offre ampio spazio per famiglie numerose. La camera familiare offre un camino a gas, una grande TV e un lettore DVD e si apre sulla grande veranda sul dorso della sedia a dondolo privata con zona pranzo all'aperto dove è possibile sedersi e rilassarsi tutto il giorno godendosi la cascata nel cortile sul retro e il pozzo del fuoco. Entrambi nuovi nel 2017. Nella camera da letto principale, godetevi un letto king size, TV, bagno privato con ampia cabina doccia e accesso al portico privato. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera dispone di 2 letti estraibili adatti per ospitare comodamente 2 adulti o 4 bambini. La terza camera ha anche il proprio bagno privato con combinazione vasca / doccia. Al piano inferiore ti godrai una grande sala giochi con un tavolo da biliardo di dimensioni standard, una grande TV, un lettore DVD, vari giochi da tavolo, PlayStation Wii con giochi e un'ottima selezione di film. La sala giochi offre anche un divano-letto a una piazza e mezza e un bagno completo. Wifi e cavo sono disponibili in tutta la cabina.

We have stayed at several cabins and this one is so well done in all areas! Extremely clean and organized! It is nicely decorated to make it inviting but not cluttered. Very organized and lots of accommodating details in kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area.

One of the very best VRBO visits ever. Beautiful seclusion. Host thought of everything we would need and had it ready on arrival. Great communication with owners. Highly recommend to those who want a mountain get away.

What a beautiful home with beautiful views! We had everything we needed with plenty of space for everyone. It was also amazing to witness a thunderstorm come through from the extra long balcony. Definitely would stay again!

We spent 8 beautiful nights in the cabin, everything we needed was already in the cabin.
The kids enjoyed a lot the pool table and my wife and myself the balcony.
Very quite place to get disconnected and spend family time.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back very soon! The cabin is very beautiful and had every thing we needed plus some! While we were there my daughter’s boyfriend proposed to her at the beautiful waterfalls in the back yard! It was such a special trip for my family!

This is an amazing cabin! They have truly thought of everything and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout the cabin (ex. smore welcome basket, fresh flowers, stocked keurig, charging cords by beds). We loved our time here and would not hesitate to book again when we return to this area. It was just fabulous!

We had a fantastic time. The house is the most well equipped, well thought out VRBO we've ever stayed at. The owners added very sweet extra touches as well. We loved the fire pit, the waterfall, the game room, and basically everything! Only bad thing was we didn't schedule a long enough stay. 😊

Black Bear Falls was an incredibly relaxing vacation spot. Beautiful, quiet, very homey and welcoming. Absolutely loved the waterfall sounds. Exceptionally clean. It is a wonderful vacation spot and getaway. Even though it is up on a mountain, there is so much to do within a short distance in any direction or just sit and relax in a rocking chair on the covered back porch.

The property was absolutely beautiful, even more so than the pictures. It was exceptionally clean. My daughter was having a birthday and the owners went out of their way to have balloons and a cake in the fridge for us. They also had candles and goodies in a basket for my other child as well. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans etc. There was even a terrific selection of coffees for the Keurig. We could not have imagined a better stay. The landscaping is phenomenal and we loved the time we spent by the waterfalls and fire pit. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again next time in the area!

We had a great long weekend in the North Carolina mountains. The house was everything we wanted, and the hosts were very accommodating. Close to the parks and Asheville. High speed internet in the woods was a major plus. Beautiful yard with outstanding waterfall feature!

Our stay was great. The house was very clean and accommodating. The pictures accurately represent the house. The landscaping was beautiful!!!!!!! As a side note, the road leading to the house is fun, if you like mountain dining. Would stay again for sure

We spent a week in this nice mountain cabin with all the comforts of home. The view from the back balcony is amazing, and it overlooks the waterfalls and fire pit in the back yard. We built fires and made s'mores, enjoyed the landscape lighting along the path, and just got to hang out in the mountain air. The downstairs game room was lots of fun with its pool table and board games. Our son loved having his own floor up top. We couldn't ask for better accomodations for the trip. Thank you!

Celebrated our 40th anniversary. What a great location. Could sit and listen to the waterfall all day and night. Short ride into Waynesville for restaurants and shops. Pretty much perfect, should have planned to stay the week.

We had the best time at this property. There was so much room for the families and the kids absolutely loved the house. The weather was gorgeous so we were able to go outside and admire the waterfall and take a short walk.
Great location and so much to do locally as well as just enjoy the features of the home and breathtaking view. We hope to return again!!

This is a beautiful home. Cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to cook in. Too much "wonderfulness" to name. We would definitely stay here again. The owner made my birthday special with some little extras. Loved it!!

My family and I had a wonderful time on Apple Creek Acres for the Christmas holiday. The cabin is wonderfully appointed, comfortably suiting all 8 of us (4 grandparents, my wife and I and our 10 y.o. daughters). The kitchen and grill area were perfect for all meal prep needs. The backyard area (waterfall / fire pit) were wonderful for evening hangouts. We had a great time!

We've stayed at many places over the years and this was easily the best accommodated we've ever been at. It's obvious the owners have a warm heart & generous spirit. This was my first stay with vrbo and it was quite the experience. The property was immaculate along with thoughtful touches. A gift basket for the firepit as well as one for our soon to be first born. The cabin was amazing and in a great location near grocery and restaurants. Breweries were nearby with shops around the corner. We couldn't be more grateful to our hosts and we hope to stay again.

If you are going to be staying in this area, you can’t beat this rental. It is the most relaxing spot in town and playing pool while listening to the waterfall is amazing. The easy trash disposal site and distance from everything in town is just perfect. I’ll be coming back when possible.

The location and home are beautiful. The waterfall is pure stress relief! The night we arrived, there had been a huge storm and the water pump had blown outside near the waterfall. The owner traveled to the home that evening and was there till after midnight fixing the pump. That is dedication to guests! Thanks for a wonderful vacation and we look forward to visiting again!

Quiet getaway
This house was one of our favorites that we have rented. It's quiet and clean with lots of room for everyone. Angel and Perry reached out a few times just to check in and were always available if we needed them. We just never needed them because they had everything we needed and communicated everything we needed to know beforehand. The house was great, clean and comfortable. We got there really late the first night and GPS led us right to it without issue. I could see the road in being trouble in the winter, but would be fine for any other season. It looks like a cabin from the outside but a comfortable home on the inside. We will be staying here again if we are in the area.

Family Time
The home was spotless and very comfortable! Communication with owners very easy. The grounds around the house are absolutely beautiful . Mother Nature wouldn't let us use the firepit as she gave us showers off & on everyday. We worked around the weather & did some hiking, swimming and went to Bryson City for the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. Spending time with our son & grandsons was the best!

Awesome Black Bear Falls Cabin
We had a wonderful vacation week at Black Bears fall cabin. It was everything they said it would be in more. It was very well stocked and decorated, with a great floor plan. We ate all our meals on the back balcony and listen to the sound of the beautiful waterfall. We loved the fire pit and the waterfalls outside and the family basket with the Smore’s, popcorn and etc. really was a great additional touch. Especially the Joeys pancake mix since we did not make it into Maggie Valley to Joeys this time. We were a little nervous on the Mountain Road, being from Florida, but by the end of the week we were flying up and down it just like the locals. And finally I would just like to add that the help and the communication from the owners was exceptional. Thanks for a wonderful week, Nancy

We had a fabulous experience at Black Bear Falls!! The cabin and location was gorgeous!! The Buroughs’s were so welcoming and attentive! They checked in on us during our stay and were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay! It was the perfect mountain getaway!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Cabin in the smoky mountains
We could not have been happier with our stay at the Big Bear Cabin. When we got there everything was right there as to instructions, there was a welcome basket for the 13 year olds.
The inside and outside was so much like what was in the pictures. The time spent outside either on the porch or down by the fire could not have been better. The waterfalls were so smoothing. We will definitely go again if we vacation near there.

Wonderful Family Vacation
We loved our time at Black Bear Falls! Everything was as described. My boys (ages 19, 10 and 4) enjoyed the home so much that they voted to spend our last day of vacation just hanging out at the home! We all especially loved playing pool and roasting marshmallows by the fire pit! I hope we can find a time to go again!

Perfect
This was my third time renting this beautiful cabin. The house has a wonderful layout for families. But, beyond that the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the owners makes it the place We will return to over and over again. See you next year.
