Gli ospiti accedono al Flip Flop Fun prendendo le scale esterne più vicine al parcheggio per il Tidewater che costruisce I al secondo piano o prendendo l'ascensore dell'edificio fino al 2 ° piano e camminando attraverso il corridoio esterno fino alla porta d'ingresso di questa casa. (Ci sono carrelli per i bagagli della comunità disponibili per l'uso vicino all'ascensore.) C'è un piccolo cancello che aprirai per accedere alla veranda e alla porta d'ingresso. Una volta entrati dalla porta principale, troverete un atrio / corridoio centrale, che conduce a entrambe le camere sul lato destro della hall e la cucina, la zona pranzo e il soggiorno sul lato sinistro della hall. Potrete godere di una vista sull'oceano dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale e dalla brezza dell'oceano (oltre che dalle vedute sull'Oceano Atlantico e sulla piscina della comunità di Tidewater) dal balcone privato schermato situato fuori dal foyer / corridoio centrale tra il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale . C'è una lavatrice piena di dimensioni e asciugatrice nell'armadio in cucina. Il parcheggio fuori strada per un massimo di 2 auto è incluso nella tariffa di noleggio.
Come per ognuna delle nostre proprietà di Charleston Beaches, questa casa vacanze presenta un "kit di partenza" di pochi giorni di forniture per gli ospiti che include shampoo, balsamo per capelli, salviette struccanti, sapone, carta igienica, asciugamani di carta, piatto detersivo, detersivo per bucato e altro. Lenzuola e asciugamani freschi di bucato per ogni persona sono inclusi nella tariffa di noleggio.

We had a great time! Beautifully decorated condo! Loved that there were two porches…..one that you could sit, relax, and enjoy the ocean and the other that you could leave beach chairs and coolers on so not to drag sand indoors. The bottle of wine and cookies were a nice welcoming touch! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our stay at Flip Flop Fun was just what we needed! The condo met the expectations set by the descriptions & photos. The access to the pool and the beach was SUPER easy.
We had 2 teenagers with us and we found that the 2 King beds & 2 baths to be a good setup for us to all have our own space (and our own TVs 😊). I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony each morning. We ate several meals in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed.
I had a lot of questions as I was planning our activities and the host was very prompt in their responses.
We also had great communication with them during our stay. We would book with iTrip again.

My old college roommates and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for all four of us. The location is perfect! The space was extremely clean and well stocked, also beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again! The screened porch was our absolute favourite!

We stayed here for a long weekend. The unit was as described. The bedrooms are roomy and beds are comfortable. The building itself is showing its age and the sound travels easily between floors. Loved the porch and peaceful walks in the neighborhood and on the beach.

Loved this place - location, quality of accommodations, access to the beach all terrific. Everything in the listing was accurate and the communication with the property manager was great. Wine and cookies was a nice touch. Perfect for one or two couples. Would definitely stay here again.

October being a cooler time of year, we wondered about the location. However, it was a great visit. The condo was just as it was pictured and had everything we needed. A bottle of wine and cookies were left for us to enjoy, lovely welcoming touch. This time of year was great, no crowds, felt like we almost had the place to ourselves. Going back sometime, will definitely look at the same condo and time of year. A recommendation for breakfast would be The Vicious Biscuit, went there twice.

My husband and I have been vacationing on Isle of Palms for 5 years now, staying at a different rental each time, and this is hands down the best place we have stayed in so far. We've even stayed at the resort/ hotel, and this still beats it. As a family of four with a toddler and an infant, this condo was perfect. The size and location were perfect, and everything was cleaned very nicely. We had extra towels and bedding, and never felt like we needed more. Overall, the condo was beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice!

Everything was perfect! The communication was seamless, the beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept in away from my own home and every inch of the place was spotless. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Charleston.

Without a doubt, this was the CLEANEST condo we have ever stayed in! There was plenty of room for our family of four. The walk to the beach is convenient. The view is amazing! Our kids loved the pool! Having beach chairs and toys provided was a big help to us. The beds are amazingly soft and comfortable!! Plenty of towels and kitchen/bathroom supplies. There was some daily construction noise on site, but this was well communicated to us prior to our stay and did not bother us one bit. The owners are friendly and communicate well. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

This condo was exactly as advertised in the photos. The bedrooms were spacious, and the unit overall was very clean. As a corner unit, it got tons of natural light and the view from the screened in porch made for the perfect spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning, a mid-afternoon read (or nap), or a happy hour cocktail. It is close enough to the ocean that you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the beach from the screened porch, which is always a treat. We took full advantage of the easy access to the beach for morning and sunset walks along the water's edge. The property location is pretty deep into Wild Dunes, which adds a little extra time getting on and off the island, but that also means less crowds on this section of the beach, which is a nice perk. The building and the unit are showing a little bit of age, but they both seem well cared for and overall this was a great place to stay. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Overall we loved the property. We felt relaxed and comfortable. My only feedback would be the screen in porch was not that clean. It would have been a lovely place to sit but the furniture seemed a little dirty. The furniture on the front porch was in better condition.

Condo was in good shape. Access to the beach and pool were outstanding. We would have enjoyed a bit more of near by local shopping, however Charleston has so much to offer 25 minutes away. We had not been able to take a vacation for a longer than normal period of time due to work responsibilities and this certainly did the trick and provided that great vacation feel.

What a beautiful home - it was so clean, organized, decorated beautifully and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook in! No detail was omitted.
