We absolutely agree with comments from previous guests. This condo was super clean, and was very tastefully updated and decorated. The condo had everything you could possibly need for your stay, from linens and towels to just about everything you would need in the kitchen, laundry, etc! The owners are very detailed and organized with every item, including binder with all the area restaurants, which was so refreshing.
The building itself was also very clean, and access to pools and beach was easy.
Rained a good bit on our last day, which was a bummer, but we had beautiful weather everyday before that.
We will absolutely be renting with Sara again for our future 30A vacations!

This condo was absolutely stunning! Sara, the owner, was so helpful and provided us with everything we needed. The blackout curtains were a major plus for our 10 month old niece. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Sara’s thorough communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail are unmatched. She made it so easy to plan a wonderful vacation for my family. The condo was as beautiful as the pictures and extremely well stocked. The property’s amenities were a great bonus as well. And the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was absolutely perfect. It was convenient to go to many different areas we wanted to see: 30A and PCB, not to mention walking distance to some restaurants and stores! But we didn’t have to deal with the overcrowded beaches of those nearby areas. It was the best of all worlds! We are so thankful for Sara’s help and can’t wait to return to the Sea Suite!

We’ve been coming to the Panhandle since 2016 and this is the best placed we’ve stayed. Our host was great and very responsive and familiar with the area. The best well stocked condo we’ve been in. The views and sunsets are fantastic.
The amenities are plentiful, pools, beach, tennis, pickelball,and more.

Sea Suite was the perfect place for my wife and me to stay. It was exactly as described with wonderful views of the Gulf and Lake Powell. The condo was updated and very clean. Sara was the perfect host. She was easy to communicate with and her attention to details was amazing. She provided everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This property is well maintained and has unique access to the beach. 30A restaurants and shops are nearby. Also PCB locations are close as well. This place is perfect for a beach get away for a family!

The pictures of the condo are just as it is when you get there. The views from the condo are beautiful, the condo is clean and decorated with the beach theme which I enjoy. It was great having 2 showers so when we came back from either the beach or the pool 2 could shower at a time. The pool is heated and clean. We didn't have any problems and Sara messaged us when we got there and before we left to check in. All in all it was a great vacation.

This was probably the best condo we have ever stayed in. Everything was nice and clean. There were so many things provided (like dish soap) that I didn’t even unpack that bag!! Very much appreciated. The beach was very close to the entrance of the building. The beach wasn’t crowded because of the location. Note: although I liked the master bed, it was very soft. If 10 was a cloud and 1 was the floor, I’d rate it an 8-9. To each his own on mattresses, but I appreciate others thoughts before I spend a week on an uncomfortable bed. Not a negative to me but might be to someone else. Thank you so much!!!

What an exceptional place to stay! The views were breathtaking, the condo was clean, quiet and comfortable, and Sara is a top notch host with excellent communication! There is so much attention put into all of the details. We thought we would be arriving sooner so we asked for an earlier check-in. Sara was amazing and writing back so fast and being so accommodating! Once at the condo, check-in at the gate was seamless- we were prepared with a printout of our agreement- again thanks to the amazing communication of Sara! We used the luggage carts which were readlily available and the condo was easy to find and the building easy to navigate! Once inside we were welcomed to a very clean and comfortable place to call home for the week. It felt evert bit like home too! The beds were so comfortable and it was the perfect amount of space for a family of four (2 teenage boys). We settled in finding playing cards neatly tucked away in the coffee table that we enjoyed playing cards with our boys. She keeps a book on the coffee table and its signed by previous guests so it was awesome to read about the wonderful stories and previous guest experiences- we left a message too! (it's all in the details) I could go on and on and just gush about the amazing time! We will be back! I so loved it here and I love the decor of the condo and all the conveniences in and around the condo! I took the most amazing nap on the beach and finished two books on the balcony of the master bedroom listening to the waves crash and watching big beautiful butterflies flutter about. It was the best mini vacation in November!!!

Booked with my 2 kiddos for fall break. Amazing weather and great community. Our 1st night we went over to the pizza place in the community (which my 8 year old son said was the best pizza he’s ever had) and sat down outside and got surprised by a great concert. They had ice cream out there too.
The unit was clean, mattresses were very comfortable, had everything we needed. Amazing views from all the rooms. Sara was extremely helpful. Sent me recommendations for all the things I needed, and they were all great. Would stay here again and book directly with her. Thank you!!

The beach was amazing. Never had to rush out early to get a good spot on the beach, it was never crowded. We set up a 10’x10’ beach tent easily.
The property was exactly as described and pictured. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen of any VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was well organized, clean and labeled. We cooked every day and everything I needed was available. The washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom though seemed weird was extremely beneficial. The building itself was looking old. Elevators, pools and parking were never crowded.
The host was very friendly and attentive. She checked in with me before, during and after our stay. Her documents were clear and easy to understand.
Upon arrival we had minor floor cleanliness issues in the living room area but the property host addressed it with me immediately. We had a missing bed sheet, not really a huge deal because my 5 year old could have cared less. The ceiling fan in the bunk room desperately needs replacing (or fixing). It barely spun when on and made a loud squeaky motor sound, so we just didn’t use it. But there were two little table top fans available for use.
Personally I was a little let down with the balcony/view from the main living area. You can see a lot of parking lot and pool but minimal beach/ocean. Although being able to see the inlet was very nice. Also, there was a flat bed semi truck with some sort of large motors/fans on it permanently parked in the parking lot right next to the building. I am not sure what exactly was going on but I can only assume it was running the air conditioners for the whole building. Whatever it was it ran 24/7 and was quite loud. It really made sitting on that balcony not very enjoyable. I preferred to sit on the balcony off the master bedroom. It was a much better ocean view, but partially blocked just by the design of the building. Neither balcony had any privacy, do to the “x” shape of the building many other units balcony’s were visible.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. The whole unit was very quiet, never really heard other guests.
When the sun comes up you get woke up. The curtains are pretty but don’t bloke much light. I was traveling with a baby, bright bedrooms were not ideal for mid day naps. Putting up blinds/shades in the bedrooms would be a nice addition.
Overall we had an amazing vacation, the condo was priced well for what it is.

Perfect for families with tweens!
This was our first time at PCB as our tweens wanted a place with more to do than the super low key places we usually go. I was worried that it would be too crowded but the location is really a great balance. The beach in this part of PC is very family friendly, not overcrowded, there is so much to do nearby to keep older kids entertained, and some incredible restaurants! The main pool has a deep end that reaches 8.5', which of course made it extra cool for the kids.
The unit was beautiful, well stocked, and super clean. It is especially nice having a private balcony in the master bedroom overlooking the beach. The host was very attentive and checked in with us before and throughout the stay. Can't wait to go back!

Clean, well stocked and super comfy beds!
Sea Suite was a very clean condo stocked with everything that you could need. Plenty of pots, pans and cooking utensils. We also appreciated the nice mattresses and fans in each bedroom. My favorite feature was the walk-in tiled showers. Also, communication with Sarah was easy and open. This is our third time staying at Pinnacle Port but our first time staying on this wing of the building. The only downside for me was you are unable to see the sunrise due to the building blocking your view. However, the quietness of being on the top floor outweighed any negatives. We would stay here again!

Overall, satisfied with our stay. We had some bed linen cleanliness and shortage issues when we first arrived, but the property owner, Sara, was quick with a response as well as a remedy that was much appreciated. The location of the condo was great, and the pool was really nice. During our week's stay, there was a maintenance issue on most days; 2 days the water was cut off from 10:00 a.m. - to an undetermined afternoon time. Probably the issue that impacted us most was the A/C being shut down one day from 7a - the afternoon. Being in a PH unit, heat rises and even with the AC, it was very warm in the late afternoons and even at night. The day the AC was out due to a chiller maintenance, it got very toasty in the entire unit and it was not pleasant. I realize maintenance has to occur, but repairs of that nature could take place in the off season and even late at night. I spoke with several other guests in the common areas and they expressed the same frustration with maintenance being performed during peak times. The condo was stocked well with kitchen utensils, etc. However, if you are visiting, take note and bring extra toilet paper and paper towels with you - there is 1 roll only in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. There was only1 hand towel in each bathroom, so at some point during a week's stay, towels have to be washed. We will definitely stay in Carillon beach again, but probably not in any of the units at the Pinnacle Port Tower, as it has probably seen better days.

Spring break vacation for my family
The property is perfect. We are a family of four. With two young small children. We enjoyed everything Port pinnacle add to offer. Not to mention the King’s hospitality. It’s such a beautiful spot. Being from Maine, the Coast. We loved The panhandle beaches, the sand, the pool, the food & drinks! Not to mention everyone is so friendly and nice. We look forward to coming back. Spent the month of Feb in the main tower building. Used the Indoor pool and sauna just about everyday.
The unit was as described in the listing and we had zero problems.The owner always responded promptly and was a pleasure to do business with.
There are thousands of different places to stay in the area. I was very satisfied with my decision at Pinnacle Port.

Sara was definitely a joy to work with. This condo was up to date and very clean! Beautiful views from both balconies, and the condo is located on the quieter end of the beach, right to the west of Panama City. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Coolest experience
My husband, toddler, and I rented this condo for the week. It was just as described—the views were gorgeous, the property had a lot to do, and the kitchen was fully stocked. While we were there, the beach was under reconstruction from recent storms. Sara was awesome to keep us informed of what was happening and even checked on us several times during the week. The construction was well out of her control, but it was nice to know she cared. A lot of people we encountered complained about the construction, but as the parents of a toddler who was FASCINATED by all the equipment, it actually kept us pretty entertained. I’m really glad we got such a cool experience and still got to explore, walk to the shops, and see dolphins. I highly recommend this condo for your 30a trip.

VRBO listing was just as described, clean, nice linens, fully stocked kitchen. Upgrades to the condo are very nice, really loved the showers. The weather was bad for half the week, not under anyone's control.

My wife and I had our 3 kids with us and it was a perfect fit for our family. Sara was wonderful from our initial booking giving us tips and suggestions leading up to our trip to make everything as smooth as possible. Always a quick response when we sent her a question. The condo itself was great. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and supplies for your use. There are luggage carts in the lobby to make unloading your car easy and minimize the number of trips. Also, great to have three bathrooms to get ready in and cleaned up at the end of the day so we didn't waste too much time before heading out to dinner. The beach itself is fantastic. Carillion Beach is private and we had no issues setting up a large tent and never felt swarmed by other beachgoers. We've stayed at other places in 30A and they can get quite crowded. We also used the chair and umbrella company that Sara recommended and rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for the week. Each day, the guy set them up for us on the front row right by the water which made it easy to sit and watch the kids without any obstructions. Condo is only a 5 minute drive to both a Winn Dixie and a Publix, so getting your groceries is close. The drive to The Hub and other areas for restaurants was probably 10-12 minutes, so you aren't too far from the popular spots. We'd stay here again - great for a family vacation.
