I liked the festivities that they did daily.

I had a couple of issues regarding my room. I didn’t like how they handled the issues overall.

En este hotel nos fue mal.. desde la entrada hasta la salida.. personal grosero, comida mala, tragos de mala calidad, nunca nos hicieron la habitacion en el tiempo de estancia, no nos diero información del hotel. Las maletas debimos dejarlas sola en un cuarto sin ningún tipo de resguardo.. nadie nos recibió en la llegada, se supone es un hotel 5 estrellas..

The conveniences were plenty, great food, and access to amenities were appreciated.

The room was marketed as modern and the pictures gave me the illusion of high-end luxury. While it wasn’t horrible, it didn’t match my expectation, and we made the best of it. The pigeons were out of control!!!’

Quarto limpo, ambientes bonitos

Falta de receptividade e atenção dos funcionários, por ser um all inclusive deixa muito a desejar pelo valor que é pago. Bebidas de pouca qualidade, comida bem razoável. E quando marcamos na Steakhouse para jantar, que só tinha horário para as 21:00 horas, quando chegou as 21:30 fecharam e não serviram mais nada, estávamos em 6 pessoas e fomos muito mal atendidos, no geral. Deixou muito a desejar pelo que é pago e por toda a beleza que tem Curaçao. Funcionários mal educados e sem vontade

Excelente ubicación si te interesa conocer el centro de Willemstad. El hotel queda a una distancia caminable del famoso puente flotante Emma y de las tiendas para comprar souvenirs. Las comidas en general muy buenas, principalmente en los restaurantes a la carta, aunque el bufette principal también es bueno.

En general siento que las bebidas no estaban lo suficientemente frías, principalmente la cerveza. Aun así hay una variedad interesante de cocteles muy ricos. La habitación, si bien me pareció sumamente cómoda y espaciosa, con un balcón muy agradable, sí era un poco molesta la humedad. Al parecer el AA estaba condensando y nunca supimos cómo graduarlo para evitar esto.

The worst guest service, had to wait 2 hours to be seated on a restaurant! The bartender didn’t even know how to prepare a Piña Colada! Skip this Hotel, you could find better places to stay for the amount of money they charge!

Estrutura do hotel boa, quarto amplo e confortável. Comidas diversas.

Infelizmente não fomos bem atendidos, demora no atendimento do bar, funcionários nada receptivos, restaurantes fecham cedo e cerveja quente.

Vooral de kinderen vonden het aquapark heel leuk, jammer genoeg was er wel 1 glijbaan gesloten, maar dat kon de pret voor hen niet bederven.

Dit verblijf heeft veel potentieel, maar het wordt jammer genoeg niet benut. Ik heb nooit het gevoel ervaren dat er moeite werd gedaan om ons een leuke vakantie te bezorgen. Er werden dagtoeristen toegelaten die van de all in gebruik konden maken. Ik had de indruk dat ze vooral gebruik maakten van het alcoholische aanbod en op een aantal dagen zorgde dit echt wel voor overlast in het zwembad. Duidelijk dronken gasten waaraan niets gedaan werd door het personeel, in tegendeel, het barpersoneel bleef gewoon alcohol aan hen schenken. Op een bepaald moment was er bijna een vechtpartij in het zwembad, geen aangename situatie met kinderen. Verder was er weinig tot geen kinderanimatie, enkel de kinderdisco, een gemiste kans voor een kindvriendelijk hotel. Het buffetrestaurant was oké. In het Italiaans restaurant hebben we erg lekker gegeten, ondanks dat onze eerste keuze zowel bij voorgerecht als dessert niet beschikbaar was. Toen we er op de laatste avond terug wilden gaan konden we er niet terecht ondanks dat je niet moest reserveren en het nog vroeg op de avond was. Dit was een voorbeeld van de vaak slechte organisatie in het hotel en het gebrek aan flexibiliteit om iets te willen oplossen. Ik schrijf niet snel een review, maar hier vond ik de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding toch wel ondermaats. We hebben een prima vakantie gehad en dat was ondanks het hotel en niet dankzij. We zouden dit hotel niet aanbevelen.

La playa privada es preciosa, la comida del buffet es muy buena, el personal es amable y colaborador.

El precio que se paga es elevado, hay muy pocas opciones de entretenimiento nocturno.

All and all, a good stay! The staff was great with some really exceptional members (Debra and her cousin) who truly wanted you to enjoy your stay. The place was really clean and we felt comfortable in bare feet anywhere on the property. The water slides were fun and not over crowded.

If you like beer, and I sure do, drink each like its your last one! I have never have such a hard time getting a beer anywhere in the world like this place. You could never really count on getting one! I think ice is a problem, but not sure. Our room was suite, nice and very clean. The hotel was remodeled 2-years ago so one might think the utilities would be in better shape. Our phone never worked, the toilet run most of the time and had to remove the cover to manually fix each flush, the hair dryer never worked, one night no AC, and a fire alarm went off at 10 pm evacuating the entire main building (good to know the system worked). All first world problems so no big deal (except the beer).

Me parece muy mal que cobren por el uso de los quitasol de paja en la playa 20 o 30 dólares, despues de haber pagado por el all inclusive. Solo te permiten usar los quitasol de tela que son muy escasos. Tampoco me gusto la limpieza del buffet principal, las mesas se mantienen con los restos de comida de las personas que se retiran por mucho tiempo y se llena de palomas que comen los restos mientras uno trata de comer al lado. Todo es autoservicio por que si te quieres levantar de la mesa por una bebida tienes que cuidar que las palomas no coman de tu plato.

O quarto era espaçoso e confortável.

O serviço é péssimo. Os atendentes, em sua maioria, são mal educados. Café da manhã razoável e salão barulhento. Não existe serviço nas mesas no restaurante principal.

Loved the all inclusive. The staff was friendly and the grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and loved the fresh pasta at dinner. The pool was great and we enjoyed the activities.

Ótimo custo benefício. A praia é ótima, piscinas tambem. Comida e bebida de boa qualidade para all inclusive. Tem inclusive um parque aquático dentro do hotel.

Reservei uma cama king e as 23h quando fomos dormir descobrimos que tinham montado duas camas de solteiro com colchões de solteiros unidos por um lençol, ao reclamar na recepção o atendente disse que todas as camas eram assim visto que a maioria das pessoas prefere separar as camas. Porém na minha reserva foi escolhido uma cama de casal e era isso que deveria estar montado no meu quarto. Tivemos que esperar o serviço de quarto levar um colchão de casal e montar a cama de novo, que foi tratado como um favor e nao como uma desculpa pelo transtorno, sendo que era minha lua de mel. O chuveiro cai água sem pressão nenhuma, quase conta gotas. Os restaurantes temáticos sempre tinham poucos funcionários o que gerava uma fila bem grande para entrar, mesmo naqueles com reserva e também demora para ser atendido e receber os pratos.

I like the food diversity and amount of choise you have for the food .. the bartenders are so kindfull

The cleaning to much rooms for the cleaners they are taking to long more staff for cleaning . The Seafood bar was every day full this is not nice. You reserve at 11.00 and is already full the Hotel is to big the Seafood restaurant needs to accept more clients at the time .

Las instalaciones

The Breakfast was fantastic and had everything you can possible want. The variety was exceptional and it tasted great. There are 3 restaurants on site and a buffet, with a few other spots around the compound where you can grab a bite to eat when the restaurants and the main buffet are closed. The water park was a hit with the kids.

My only con was that there were a lot of pigeons that would occupied the dining area during meals at the buffet.

El lugar muy bonito, las instalaciones muy limpias, las bebidas alcohólicas muy buenas, el parque de agua súper.

Todas las comidas podrían mejorar. El desayuno era, un poco desordenado. En mi caso, no puedo consumir gluten y debía pedir directamente en la cocina pan sin gluten y esperar mucho tiempo para ello, eso deberían mejorarlo. Por otro lado, los restaurantes especializados no son gran cosa. Específicamente, terrible experiencia en el rest de sushi, esperamos alrededor de una hora en fila para sentarnos a comer y al momento de hacerlo el servicio fue terrible, y la comida, tampoco fue buena.

-Firstly upon arrival, we weren't given a welcome drink. -Then you had to guide yourself to your room. -Lots of hidden charges for use of many things in the facilities eg the straw huts by the beach, no mention of any charges to use it yet the staff comes around to collect charges for it upon use. -Choas at the bars. -Food at buffet restaurant is pretty repetitive. -Reservations at other restaurants are really hard to get. -The BBQ restaurant does not mention ham in their appetizer potato salad. Wait for food was extremely long. And they also serve orders on one serving platter, eg my husband ordered pork, I ordered chicken (i dont eat pork).. the pork was on top of the chicken on the same platter when it came to our table. -The smell of some sort of chemical or diesel was extremely high in the air every day. - The AC vent was positioned on your heads when you lie down.

Mooie kamer met goed uitzicht op de zee. Voor de kinderen een fijne locatie vanwege de attracties. Het eten is prima.

Het was teleurstellend dat de glijbanen ook voor hotelgasten pas om 11 uur open gaan. Er zijn veel te weinig banden voor op de glijbanen en om die tijd komen ook de dagjesmensen die zich op de glijbanen storten. Beter is het om voor de hotelgasten een uurtje eerder open te gaan.

Rooms were clean, air conditioning was nice. Beds comfortable and rsponsiveness to needs and refilling of frisge was good. BBQ place was the best food!

Little to no hot showers. More of them we shivered through. Room was out of bodywash and conditioner. Often times the breakfast bar was out of food and utensil a hour in. The late night partying kept me a wake Usually I can sleep just fine with noise but haveing adults yelling and screaming up to 2am prevented this. The shop on sight was crazy expensive. I got sick our second day and needed some stuff. 30 some bucks for somw pepto and 2 bottles of gatoraid. The next day a gateraid. Sunscreen and aloe was $85. Needs more shades areas to rent. We booked a 1 king room and that was not the room we ended up in. Didnt argue it as i was happy to have a bed to lay in but not sure if we ended up with a "cheaper" room then we actually paid for.

Really nice I had no issues. Plenty of food and lots of help if you need to book tours or rent a car!
