If you are looking for a family house that checks ALL the boxes, look no further! Not only is this home incredibly spacious with room for the whole extended family (we had 6 adults and 3 kids/tweens and had room to spare!), but it is beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The gathering areas are perfect for families: the extra long dining room table easily sat 9, the extra large L-shaped couch was perfect for movie nights, and the two game tables were used for many fun family competitions. Not only that, but there were actually enough bathrooms for everyone, which is always a consideration when traveling with a large group. Having full access to the two car garage was such a wonderful addition, as we had three cars coming from various locations. The smaller details (heated floors, walk-in pantry, soft linens, humidifiers in rooms, easy-close lid on the hot tub... I could go on and on) made this one of the best vacation rentals in which I have had the pleasure of staying. Our ages ranged from 7 to 77, and everyone loved it equally!
In addition the actual home, the location was perfect! Taking the shuttle to the Deer Valley ski resort couldn't have been easier, and the instructions left on how to download the app were incredibly simple and straightforward. It was also less than a 10 minute drive into town, even in the snow.
Lastly, communications with Tabitha and Simon were incredibly fast, helpful, and kind. They were a pleasure to work with!

We have rented many places in DV but this one checks all the 5 Star boxes!
The house is newly renovated with top quality furniture, appliances, TV’s, etc. Very comfortable.
Amenities like sauna, hot tub, foosball, shuffle board, 2 laundry area’s and being on the FREE shuttle that stops at the front door ( think FREE UBER).
The managers Tabitha and Simon were very helpful before we arrived providing all the necessary information as well as reminding us of things like garbage day, etc.
We couldn’t be more pleased.

Our stay was lovely at this home. The property managers were very attentive and addressed issues promptly as they came up and were very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this home as it was great for a big group, very comfortable and in a great location.

Summer in Utah
As Summer travels go and renting a property this was a true delights. Property was clean actually spotless. All the amenities were there fresh clean towels nice soft sheets everything was top notch. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody. Host were very helpful we had one little problem getting in and they came over instantly and got us in right away. Again I would recommend this property to anybody.

Renovated Retreat
This property is pristine. We’ve stayed in many rental properties over the years, but this was by far the finest. It felt like we were staying in someone’s beautiful home rather than a rental property. Not only is it beautiful, it’s spotless. Whoever cleans does a wonderful job! The kitchen is well stocked and the living room is a large, wonderful gathering place. The game tables kept my family busy for hours! The master bedroom is beautiful and large and the other guest rooms with attached bathrooms give people privacy. This home is beautifully decorated and in a perfect location for skiing at Deer Valley and Park City. We appreciate the owners and their attention to detail.

Wonderful stay - beautiful home!
We had a wonderful time in Deer Valley. The home is gorgeous and has all the high end finishes and wonderful comforts. We had two young children (4 and 6) and the house was perfect, the bunk beds were a particular hit. Highly recommend!

Excellent Property, Excellent Location and Responsive Management
This house had all we needed for a wonderful ski vacation for our large family and friends. The location and use of the ski shuttle is fantastic just minutes from Deer Valley. The property managers were incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. The bunk room for the kids is great, two washers and dryers is so helpful for a ski vacation!

Best Experience!
Fantastic home and amenities. Tabitha and Simon were very hospitable and helpful thought our stay. Home was extra nicely decorated, bedding was nice and kitchen amenities great. We will definitely be back. …..and just 3 minute drive to Deer Valley with super convenient shuttle pickup right out front. We will be back!

Perfect getaway in the mountains
Very nice, newly remodeled and updated place. Nicer and more spacious than the pictures even capture. Well stocked with daily use supplies and games and the sauna and hot tub are excellent after a day of skiing. Plenty of room for 10+ adults. Property manager is responsive to questions. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect Multigenerational Ski Home
Immaculate, Newly renovated , high end design features.. 3 generations fit easily with the bedroom-bathroom layout. Generous main floor with a kitchen that easily accommodated 2+ cooks. Lots of living room seating with great views. Minutes from ski slopes. Responsive property manager even over a long holiday weekend . Will look forward to booking a return trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was very clean, super organized, lovely and perfectly situated. We have 2 families, 8 people and the were very comfortable with space for everyone to enjoy and be together or on their own! Wonderful VRBO!
This is an exceptional house and was perfect for our family vacation! The layout was great and the house was well furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked for family dinners and we enjoyed the large dining table. The air conditioning was a bonus for warm summer days. The kids and adults enjoyed the jacuzzi and outdoor seating area. The board games, foosball table and shuffleboard were nice. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The location was perfect - close to the Deer Valley base and a short drive to Main Street. There were also trails for hiking and biking located just behind the house. This VRBO exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you to Tabitha and Simon for the welcome gift, handwritten note, and recommendations!

Perfect location, great layout and space. Ideal for families!
We just enjoyed a family ski trip to Deer Valley and stayed in this property. It was spacious enough for two families with room to spare. The table games and hot tub were a huge bonus and the kitchen had everything we needed. The new washing machine/dryer, heaters in the cooler basement rooms, boot and glove dryers were all a huge plus! The DV shuttle runs on a loop and picks up right outside the home every 15 minutes so getting to and from Snow Park Lodge to the lifts and ski school was a breeze--even with 5 kids. The home is located close to DV but also less than 2 miles from Main Street Park City so getting an Uber into town for dinner was equally convenient and easy. Tabitha and Simon answered all questions promptly and were extremely helpful! I would definitely rent this place again and recommend for families or several couples.

Great house
The house was perfect for our family of 10. It was roomy and close to everything. Tabitha and Simon were very responsive. We had some issues with the TV. My only feedback would be to have safety bars on the top bunks. We loved everything about the house.

Amazing mountain getaway!
It's tough to compare what's better- Utah skiing, or this property. It certainly was the cherry on top of an incredible trip to the Park City area.
Rooms and furnishings were even better than the pictures - spotless throughout, top notch decor, furnishings and 'essentials' were all in great condition and well thought-out.
The property managers are VERY helpful and accommodating- they made us feel very welcome and helped with a number of questions/requests.
The location is extremely convenient to Deer Valley, and very easy to reach downtown Park City.
We can't wait to return to this spectacular spot!

Delightful summer rental
We stayed here for a summer family gathering and were very pleased with this property. It was extremely roomy, allowing ample space for enjoying each other’s company as well as the opportunity for privacy. A few of our party would have appreciated air conditioning, though others thoroughly enjoyed opening the windows - particularly to enjoy the cool mountain air even at the height of summer. We found the location convenient to lots of interesting activities and restaurants. There were nice amenities including in addition to the typical, games, snacks, and a huge washer/dryer. Our hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome without being at all intrusive. All in all, I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Deer Valley Retreat
If you are looking for a house close to the slopes and perfect for the daily or your group... look no further. This home is all you are looking for and more. It offers all the advertised accommodations and more charm than you can imagine. We were greeted by a lovely array of snacks and an amazing well lit large room. There was ample parking, it was super convenient to make it to the slopes and to park city. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful Family Ski Vacation
The house is perfect! It was the most well-appointed rental home we’ve stayed in. The kids appreciated the foosball game, shuffleboard Table, and selection of board games. The house slept our party of 12 (8 adults, 4 kids) so comfortably we didn’t want to leave. Enough plates and glasses for everyone, and any kitchen gadget you would hope for. The free shuttle to the slopes made mornings super easy. We would return in a heartbeat.

Exactly what we needed - great kitchen, fireplace, bedrooms, location,
The house was perfect for our family of 10 - comfortable beds, games for children and adults, a very well equipped kitchen, double sided fireplace, steps away from free shuttle. And, we’ve never been to a ski area with friendlier people, offering assistant at every turn. We will be back to Deer Valley and this luxurious home.

well located, great experience
We had a great time in Deer Valley - the house is perfect for a large group, we had three families gathered under one roof and we were not short on space. The kids stayed entertained with the hot tub, the shuffleboard, and especially the foosball table. Simon and Tabitha, the house care takers, were great and easily reachable. Location wise, it is just a short drive to the parking lots. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful Home
Three generations with 8 adults and 4 kids had a great week skiing. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Nice gathering spaces. Easy drive to Snow Park lifts. 5 feet of snow for the week! Simon was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great house! We had a family of 10, including a baby, and there was space for everyone! We loved the large family area to relive the days skiing stories.
