Great location. Neat and tidy. Bonus having access to wifi.

Place is a neat and tidy but a few things need replacing which are arent expensive (like toilet seat). Would expect things like that to be working. Blinds broken a little dangerous sitting as they were especially when you have kids ( I know they were getting replaced as there was a note left for us but safety should be a priority) and couldn't access sliding door. No light outside hard to return at night. Struggle to use oven even after reading instructions. We booked for 4 people but were only left towels for 2 people.

Presented fairly clean, but needed some maintenance. Laundry tub available but no washing machine. Couldn’t find pegs for clothesline. Was a bit tricky getting in with code.

Loved the location. Was right opposite the city and fantastic views from our apartment. The furnishings were very basic and the maintenance and age was really basic too. The oven didn't work and the door code was really hard to work out however the owner was at hand to explain how to get into the apartment. Only 1 fan to use. Would have been great to have 1 for each room. No washing machine or dryer and no ventilation in the toilet or bathroom which was a surprise.

apart from the dreary appearance of the property itself, the apartment was VERY ‘tired’ with some broken bits & pieces & lacking some basic facilities; it was also a longer trek to & from the Mends St village than we expected

Good location Near the park and we could see the river on the other side of the park from across the road. Everything was clean. Towels and toiletries were provided. Wifi worked well. Communication with host was easy.

Facilities were fairly dated and worn. A/C had a spoon stuck in it to keep it in place. One of the beds consisted of 2 mattresses put on top of each other. Pricey for what is offered within the apartment.

The 1st keypad system was very straightforward but the 2nd was initially very difficult to find and use. My father arrived in the early hours of the morning and we did not realise that the doorknob to the property WAS an actual keycode as the numbers only light up when you touch it's front! Neither of us had seen this before so maybe this would be helpful in the instructions to future users. The keypad system on the door was a bit fiddly- we figured out that after pressing random buttons and the star a few times, all the numbers then became highlighted, allowing us to put in the keycode to the property. Other than the keycode issue, the property was really lovely. The wifi was not very good but fortunately we had data included in our phone packages from back home. The landlady was easy to contact in hours but maybe an emergency contact number would be helpful? Fortunately when my dad rang me at 2am Oz time, it co-incided with me finishing work so I was able to pick up and help him. Overall, wonderful stay in quiet surroundings with beautiful view of the park and river. Very grateful for our stay and thank you to the owner for her help and kind welcome. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely stay again if we had the opportunity :)

Location was good if we had own transport, too far to walk to shops and taxi's not regular in the area.

Over-bath shower with curtain is not attractive, mould and filth in bathroom air vent (unhealthy), internal repaint needed especially the bathroom and toilet. Had much trouble with entry lock on arrival (partly due to not remembering the detailed instructions), lock is also set very low on the door and awkward to operate, needing to bend or kneel access it.

The apartment is in a good position and the view of the city is lovely. It is also comfortable . In general a great place to stay in Perth.

The front door is not easy to access. It takes a while to get in the first time.

Window in the front bedroom didnt open so no airflow and got very light very early even with the blinds down, massive glass mirror in living room was a bit strange haha

I like that the location was close to where we needed to be I like that there was parking and customer parking as well I would definitely go back there as was comfortable enough but would suggest better mattresses as were not comfortable at all and just a bit of a update in decor example blinds sliding door hard to open utensils

location was superb! shower head was divine. Great to have parking and secure building. no entry key was handy too!

There were some things that needed a little TLC such as the blinds and sliding door. Mats were a bit of a hazard

Great location and stunning view from the 'other' side of the city that I don't usually go to. So convenient having a door code and gate key so we could come and go as we please and not have to remember to 'get the key' off the other person.

The apartment could do with some repairs. Everything was able to be used, it was just cosmetic stuff but would have made it that bit nicer for the cost. ie. missing a kitchen cupboard door, blown light globes and the sliding fly screen door.
