Lack of responsiveness from the agent. Couldn't find utilities on arrival and had to search entire property to find the electric connection and water outlet tap, dstv was off, dirty rug in the main bedroom Brackish brown water in the main bedroom Curtains that dont close properly and almost falling off rails

The place needs serious maintenance. But other than that, it was a nice stay.

Leaky roof, all of the basins and toilets are leaking, not patio roof

Loved Bush Dream cottage. Kitchen was well equiped. Bedrooms is spacious and a dream!! Already planning our next trip!!!

We arrived on the 15th only to find that the upstairs bedroom had not been done yet. We only arrived at 3pm.Not once did we see the owner as she arranged with us to meet us there. I had to pay her a breakage deposit which she had to collect. We arranged for cleaning ladies which she did not provide. The doors are broken and dont clise properly. The unit was full of ants and nothing had been done to rectify it. I had to phone and ask her for something to use, which she left onto of the key safe.I have never seen such a filthy unit..... and that at Mabalungwe. Our bathwater was pitch black. Could not reach her to tell her. The list goes on and on. We have taken pictures which we will forward if you need us to

The outside boma area is tattered and falling apart. The lights didnt work and just generally messy outside the house. After a long day all you want to do is enjoy the outdoors, not at this unit, the others look so much better and looks like they are maintained. Very dissapointing. Bush dreams were dreaming we were in another unit

Very nice place for holiday 👌

The setting was good and the wild animals visiting daily was great.

The property inside is old and run down. The owner needs to revamp or drop their price. We paid a lot for what we got.

key was in the safe box, never met the host, there was dust and spiders and spider webs everywhere , I asked the cleaning lady ( which we paid for) to clean the webs on the first day which she didn’t , it u left ANYTHING out, there was thousands of ants there, the lights flickered in the kitchen, there was poor lighting outside and by the bonfire, the taps dripped in all the taps
