Liked the cultural program

We had to pay additionally for the cultural program and snacks and they demanded dinner fees too. During booking nothing was mentioned like that, so either website is not at its full disclosure or the property holder did the mischief. Apart from that the property services were not at per.

To start off we booked the Osaki dessert camp in booking.com before arriving. Once we arrived to jaisalmer we were taken to another one of their hotel in the city. When requested about their packages we were told the below : Pick up and drop by cab - Rs 2000 /- Private jeep (30km) & camel ride - Rs 1250/- pp ATV ride ( 20 mins) - Rs 1600/- pp Dinner - Rs350 /-pp Folk dance - Rs450/- pp Room - Rs 1600/- x 3 pp Once we came here the rooms were dirty and bed sheets were muddy with spots and pillow cases were not washed. We had to go to the reception and ask them to remove everything and put new bed linen. It was not a good impression when we entered the room. And when we came back they haven’t even put new pillow cases and just kept it without any cover. We have to put our own clothes on top and sleep. No towels were given have to keep on requesting for the smallest thing. Next thing it’s a standard to have a bottle of water in the room. When requested for water they told “ if we want complimentary water, we can drink from the tap”. In a rude way which is not acceptable at all. We were promised the above package with all that and more and first jeep ride was not 30km at all. Second for the ATV we were told 20 mins but he just toook us like 10 mins and told it’s finish. When we were asking about it he was being fussy so we let it go. The camel ride we were promised individual rides but they gave us sharing rides. There was no crowd and just 2 people for the folk dance and it was not how they told us it will be. Also we were charged Rs 450pp whereas other groups it was complimentary when asked about it. Which is unfair as we were unnecessarily charged. Dinner was okay and breakfast was not good at all. Just gave us 3 adults - 6 pieces of bread and dhal curry and jam. So like 2 pieces of bread per person. We had to go and ask couple times for more bread or atleast roti to get some. Keep in mind that there is no shop or market anywhere.

The experience is great and had a lot of fun. The camel safari is amazing and also did a jeep adventure ride, quad bike ride.

Everything was per expectations. The camel safari guy was a kid. Wasn't comfortable with this.

We were 6 friends on a 2 day Jaisalmer impromptu trip. We booked 1 night in luxury tent and 1 night stargazing under open sky (and tents). The arrangements, flexibility and hospitality shown by and his entire team was exemplary. The experience of sleeping under 1000s of stars will stay will stay with us for a long time. A must-do if you have an adventurous streak in you.

It's was amazing trip of my life when I was with my family. Best camel and Jeep Safari. Best desert camp for families traveller. Evening culture program and folk music was amazing. Best trip of my life. Best dunes experience. thanks teem. Ozaki.

They are having no backup plans.in case u are trapped in unwanted storm then u r on ur own,they will take no responsibility.

Rooms were clean, we had hot water. Staff always looking for your confort.

Kids as part of the staff. Very capable but kids.
