View was amazing - overall place was just as we expected

Location was brilliant and the design was lovely

Some of the Mattresses were too soft and the King bed in the family room were terrible. It became very confusing dealing with Booking.com and the Relaxaway as well.

Not enough toliet paper and cleaners didn't finish up until 3.30pm so had to wait an extra 1.5 hours to get in......

Hello Absolutely loved our stay thank you. So close to the township. Walking wasn’t a problem heading out, and Uber helped to beat the walk back up the hill. Fabulous accommodation, catering to all our group needs. Wonderful views, which made all the difference to our downtime. We didn’t mind at all staying in for a few hours and appreciating everything the main lounge offered. We need to come back because, although we did the Nevis bungy, swing, hydro attack, fear factory, ice bar, the vineyards, spa pools, boat cruise, fergs everything, bars, cafes, restaurants etc...phew! There’s still so much we want to do!!! Queenstown you ROCK!!! Best food, best hospitality, best holiday😀 Until next time, all the best!!
