We had a wonderful stay in Stagione Guesthouse at Hakone Yumoto. The communication with the guesthouse is great, the apartment is beautiful, the location very convenient (a 7-Eleven nearby and a bus stop in front of the house, convenient if you use the Hakone Free-pass). I truly recommend staying in Stagione Guesthouse.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR STAY HERE! Everything was perfect! All the instructions were clear and we were able to navigate the controls quiet easily. Location was superb as it was a really short and scenic walk from the Hakone Yumoto Station. Netflix, YouTube was readily available via the projector. The host was readily available to answer any questions or queries we might have. The kids loved sleeping on the upper floor on their futons. The host is kind enough to provide umbrellas and pocket WiFi which were so handy for us. (It rained the 3rd day we were there). We highly recommend any families to stay at the accommodation! Being able to do laundy was a definite plus for us!

The narrow staircase up the main living level as we had trouble trying to bring our luggages up. But other than that, there is nothing bad about staying here! And the fact that we should have stayed at least 5 nights instead of 3 in Hakone as we loved the city. Everything about our stay in the apartment was wonderful!

The house is very clean, big and comfortable. We have a very pleasant stay. We like the location which is 7 mins walk to Hakone Yumoto Station and less than a minute walk to 7-Eleven.

Luxury bathroom amenities and plenty of good quality utensils. The house is quite clean and well located (only a few minutes walk from the bus station). Toilets and shower look like new. Plenty of onsens nearby

It was not possible to place the four futons together. The living room had place for two and the small room upstairs (with the low ceiling) for the other two. However that was not a problem. There were even two futons extra!

My family loves the house. It's very clean and nice. Location is excellent, near to Hakone Station. This was our self drive trip but we walked to the eateries in Hakone Station for dinner. It was so enjoyable. There are 2 bathrooms on the first and 2nd floor, good for big group of family/friends staying together.

I'm not much of a hotel guy now, so I was very happy to find this place on Booking. I must have been dreaming when I saw it was a full house at my disposal for the week. It totally exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed for my stay. There was plenty of space to stretch out your legs and a full kitchen to make meals. I also liked that it was only a few minutes from the central area for tourists and the train station. I would most definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hakone.

Apart from one incident in which a woman tried to open the door late at night (I guess she came to the wrong place), everything else was perfect. There is a 7-11 nearby, but no proper supermarket, but that's not their fault.

Good location. We have baby and there was very convenient washing machine with dryer. Has everything you need.
