Very friendly welcome as we arrived early and they allowed us to sort out all paperwork before heading out.

Very Nice Place to Stay for Good Prize, close to City Center (about 3 miles), Very Nice and friendly Staff, big bar inside with really good prizes, room was clean, smell nice with fresh towels, bathroom with shower in really good condition - no dump and bad smell. I Recommend and definitely book again :)

I booked this hotel to attend an event at the utilita arena because it stays it offers free parking. We arrived to find no parking available for us at all not a great start The room was basic that wasn't a problem however the window had mold around the frame. The beds were terrible could feel all the springs in the mattress and only had 1 very thin pillow each. It sounded like a rave was going on downstairs very loud music until early hours. Definitely wouldn't stay again although staff were friendly.

-Retrasaron el check-in a las 2pm por el servicio de limpieza. -La limpieza deja mucho que desear. -No tenía armario -Paredes e instalaciones poco cuidadas -Personal nada amable. -Eramos 3 personas y nos dieron 2 jabones. No nos proporcionaron jabón, ni secador cuando lo pedimos. -Habian niños sin supervisión corriendo por los pasillos y tirando botes de jabón a las puertas impidiendo el descanso. -Colchones incomodos. -Apenas había ropa de cama para el clima que hacía en Birminghan. -Wifi lento.

Arrived to be told the beds hadn't been made. When we eventually got to our room, there were no curtains or blind. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There was a dirty towel and used soap in the shower. The pillows were lumpy and bed was rock hard. Left at 4.30 in the morning because we couldn't sleep because of light coming through window.

Das Hotel wenn man es so nennen kann, liegt in einer ziemlich heruntergekommenen Gegend, in dem Menschen leben wo man das Gefühl hat, man ist in einer Kriminellen gegend angekommen. Man fühlt sich dort direkt unwohl und unsicher. Der Empfang findet am Bar tresen in der Kneipe die dort am "Hotel" ist statt. Es riecht dadurch sehr stark nach Kneipe. Für Gehbehinderte ist es dort absolut nicht geeignet, da man dort viele Treppen steigen muss. Im Zimmer angekommen, roch es sehr stark nach Chlor, es war total schmutzig und im Badezimmer schimmelte es teilweise. Es gab dort weder einen Wasserkocher, noch Kaffee oder Tee den man sich zwischendurch hätte machen können. Es gab nur ein kleines Fenster welches man nur einen Spalt öffnen konnte. Die Matratzen waren so durchgelegen, das man schon die Federn spüren konnte. Es ist dort auch sehr hellhörig, das man sogar die Musik aus der Kneipe unten hören konnte. Wir haben das Hotel nach 2 Stunden wieder verlassen, da man es durch den Chlorgerucht absolut nicht aushalten konnte. Alles in einem kann ich dieses Hotel absolut nicht Empfehlen und werde es auch kein zweites mal Buchen.

That it was cheap

We didn’t get a double bed as booked two singles and one was broken and it wasn’t clean there was no curtains so the room was overly hot and they took out stuff out of our room and we were missing all out toiletries when we got back that was worth about £50.

Friendly staff, immaculately clean. Stylishly decorated, comfortable bed. Excellent value! Very reasonably priced food, beverages & alcohol in the establishment below. Definitely stay again.

The place was absolutely filthy and run down, the location is not very safe to say the least. They also shut the main door after 10:30/11pm and you have to walk through the bins to get in which is not very safe nor is it hygienic and they do not open them until staff arrive. The room had not been cleaned nor were the bedsheets changed. It was filthy and I would not recommend anyone to stay here it’d be a lot cleaner and safer staying in your vehicle overnight.

Nothing. Corridors smelled of marijuana. Very noisy. Kept bejng blocked in the car park and had to knock on other guests doors to ask them to move their cars. The whole building was grubby and smelled dirty.

As above. Area was rough and I felt unsafe. No amenities or food outlets near buy. The Inn did not do any food.

The parking space, their guests threatened us to punch our face because the staff asked them to move their car which blocked our car in the morning.

The location was good for where i need to be for the evening.

The bed was not in a very good condition and had gaping holes in the side of it, windows where old and let noise in from the main road at the front of the building where my room was. Hence no sleep.

Near villa park we managed to walk back after watching pink and it took 25 minutes walking quickly.

The bin hadn’t been emptied from previous people. Beds were clean, rooms basic and a bit run down but ok for a nights stay.

Staff were nice, let us check in early

Mould in shower and on ceiling in the bedroom, poo in the toilet that hadn't been flushed. Toilet roll placed on top of an empty one in the holder. Mattress was awful could feel every spring, and got bitten by something in the bed.
