Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und als wir eincheckten mussten wir erstmal noch 15€ pro Nacht für die Tiefgarage bezahlen

Удобное расположение, много баров в фойе. Отзывчивый персонал на ресепшене, большое, красивое здание.

С учётом того что рядом аэропорт, было шумно ночью, часто летали самолёты.

Sehr freundliches Personal, große attraktive Zimmer, Bauwerk etwas weitläufig und viele Türen.

The room was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. Allowed an early check in without any additional costs, which was great after a long flight.

The accommodation is close to the airport but not next to it. You will have to either take a taxi or bus&train. The room is somewhat smaller than anticipated and the aircon did not work.

Das nette Personal der gute Kaffee und der Service an der Bar haben meine Stimmung wegen eines gestrichenen Fluges durch Lufthansa gehoben. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten bequem.

Schade das vergessen wurde bei der Beschreibung des Hotels die Bar zu erwähnen sowie die Möglichkeit bis 22Uhr im Hotel zu Abendessen. Ich hatte vor dem Eintreffen noch im Restaurant Goldene Möwe ein Menü verspeist, Essen im Hotel wäre möglicherweise besser. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, war aber nur für eine nacht und daher nicht so wichtig

Perfect location for stop over in Munich airport. Very nice staff, decent breakfast, very beautiful, new interior.

Herrliches Hotel, sehr nah am Flughafen, perfekt wenn man kurzfristig übernachten möchte. Sehr gemütliche Zimmer, sind zwar mini, aber genug für kurze Übernachtugen. Betten sind unglaublich bequem, sehr schönes Ambiente, tolle Möbel, gutes Design. Personal ist supernett. Wohlfühlathmosphäre 😍

Leider vom Airport nur durch teueren Shuttleservice zu erreichen. Das ist leider generell das Manko an Hallbergmoos. Perfekter Ort um Flughafennah zu übernachten, ohne öffentlichen Flughafenanschluss per S-Bahn, ist das Problem aller Hotels dort. S-Bahn ist nicht im Ort, man muss dann sehr ümständlich mit dem Bus nach Hallbergmoos fahren - sehr schade.

Disponibilità di staff e organisazione buona. L'atmposfera era bella , casalinga nel hall del albergo che sembrava un enorme soggiorno di casa .

La igiene della stanza .. pavimento non era pulito + ho trovato immundizie del ospite precedente nel cassetto del armadio ( chi ha pulito la stanza non ha fato suo dovere..

Personal hat ausschließlich englisch gesprochen, keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, massiv teurer Parkplatz, TV Sender nicht vorhanden, im Restaurant keine Auswahl, Speisen nicht verfpgbar.

Die Lage und die moderne Lobby

Der erste Zimmer hatte keine Fenster zum öffnen und hatte eine schlechte Luft. Das zweite Zimmer war extrem klein und nicht ganz so sauber und ein fiebsiger Ton von der Heizung hat beim schlafen gestört

Spacious foyer area - this hotel spent too much money for foyer area and the room size was too small and what was that monkey lights in the room!?

The room - almost no space to spread suitcases as I’m from overseas. Bathroom - water easily dripped due to strange equipment. Shower was difficult to adjust temperature.

Llegamos domingo tarde/noche y fue imposible que pudieramos cenar. El hotel con la cafeteria cerrada y sin posibilidad e ir a ningún rte ya que se encuentra totalmente aislado de todo a 5 km del aeropuerto, sin ningún tipo de servicio cerca. Nos quedamos sin cenar. No pueden tener la casfereria cerrada para los clientes.

Too hot. Central heating set at 25 and I could only turn down to 16 which was too hot for me at night.

Despite being told it was fine to park outside of the hotel for 45 mins while we prepared to check out, we exited to our car in the process of being towed and had to pay €465 to get it unhooked. The staff at reception was completely unhelpful, denied ever telling me it was fine to leave the car there (which I know to be false as I explicitly described where I left it), and dismissed me at every turn. Predatory and exploitative to say the least. I've since heard from friends looking at reviews that the hotel/staff are becoming notorious for this kind of experience. While the room and facilities itself were fine, this end to the experience and the complete lack of customer service marked this as one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

Location was close to Munich airport. Rooms were clean and fresh. Reception & bar staff were very helpful. Area near reception where you could get snacks or heat up food in microwave. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

They advertized a shuttle to the hotel. Couldn't find it. None of the taxi drivers or shuttle drivers had ever heard of the hotel. The room wasn't cheap when I had to add on 50 Euro to get from the airport and back again. There were no amenities in the bathroom like a shower cap or real soap. No ATM to get Euros. Nowhere really to buy snacks. No free bottled water in the room and when I wanted to buy water from their reception, they couldn't find the bottle opener. The hotel is very spread out with weird architecture. Maybe it is OK for a convention, but not for a weary traveler. The room is super small and there was no place to open my large suitcase.

The Hotel was very clean and cute with its own unique style and the staff were welcoming.

The room was a bit small for two suitcases and walking around the bed was tight. The pillows were not great.

Die Lage war gut. Kurze Entfernung zum Flughafen. Hotelshuttle hat perfekt funktioniert. Mussten schon um 4.30 Uhr weg, hatten vorher sogar noch Kaffee und kleines Frühstück bekommen. Jederzeit wieder. Preis Leistung sehr ok.

It’s close to the airport and fairly easy to get from city center by public transportation. There’s a grocery store right across the street. Very comfortable beds and an awesome shower.

Rooms were extremely small…barely has room to store suitcase and to open them you had to use the bed to lay them on.

Clean and close to the airport. It’s in close proximity to the airport.

The food choices at Flightgate were limited and there was not much to do in the area.
