Der Teppichboden ist durch!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top, nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof Freising und eine gute Verbindung zum Münchner Flughafen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Das Personal war vor allem beim Check in sehr unfreundlich, ich war zum ersten Mal als Gast in diesem Hotel und man musste der Dame jedes Wort aus der Nase ziehen. Keine Infos zu Frühstück, Ausstattung, Check-out Zeit oder sonstiges. Das Kartenlesegerät für die Hinterlegung meiner Kreditkarte hat nicht funktioniert, weshalb dies öfter versucht wurde. Es wurden insgesamt 2x 40€ abgebucht. Auf die Frage weshalb überhaupt dieser Betrag, erhielten ich nur die Antwort „zusätzliche Kosen“.

Frühstück Welnessbereich Austatung

Schwimmbad von Mo bis Fr von 09:00 bis 18:00 von Schwimm- und Aquakursen belegt und Konder können Schwimmbad nicht nutzen. Es stand nicht direkt auf der Seite und nicht auf booking vermerkt. Nur am WE ist Schwimmbad frei und Kinder dürfen kein Sauna besuchen. Damit ist Wellnessurlaub nicht planbar

Frühstück war sehr gut

Das Bad war gesperrt, obwohl es nirgends stand. Das Restaurant hatte zu.

Die Unterkunft war wegen Messe alternativlos. Noch höhere Preise oder keine verfügbaren Zimmer in anderen Hotels.

Das Zimmer 240 ist sehr laut, als wenn direkt in der Decke eine große Lüftungsanlage läuft. Die Möbel, vor allem im Bad sind sehr alt. Der Duschvorleger hat ein Loch. Unter der Toilette ist ein dunkler Fleck auf dem Boden. Ich will garnicht wissen, was das ist.

Everything was great staff and facilities

Staff were so so helpful to me and my sister, we had our flights cancelled with Luthuansa and i felt this hotel just made a horrible situation bearable with how nice all the staff were. Great hotel also, pool was quite and nice sauna and rain showers.

The person at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful and managed to make our stay (which was due to a delayed flight) more comfortable.

looks like the booking system of hotel is out of dated and it took me more than one hour waiting for a room. I still didn’t get my receipt because of printing issues! unbelievable!

Hotel was clean, decor was modern, easy to access. The bar staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.

Of the 4 reception staff member we dealt with none of theme were friendly or over helpful. Our 2 booking we had to ask 3 times to be connected, our hot water stopped working. Our room was not cleaned with fresh towel each day, we had to ring and ask for clean towels. We were over charged and it will be up to a month for a refund..

Breakfast is amazing and staff is very friendly

Breakfast was outstanding.

The shower has a bad design and gets water everywhere in the bathroom. The breakfast spread was outstanding, but very expensive.

Close to the business location where I needed to be. Spacious enough room, which was clean and well maintained.

The breakfast and the dinner package were very good.

Food from room service was delicious and arrived quickly. Staff were very efficient. The under-counter lighting in the bathroom was a plus. Ordering room service from the TV was easy. The hotel smelled good. Bottled water was complimentary in the room.

Upon arrival in our room, the heat was turned to around 25C, which is ridiculous. We turned off the heat and opened the windows, and left them open for the whole visit. And, upon arrival, ALL the lights in the room were turned on! This is not energy-efficient and the power costs must be borne later by the customers. Not OK! And the room was very small. And the telephone in our room did not work. This seems dangerous, if there would be an emergency.
