This is our second time staying with this host and it was as good as the last time! The location is great in a neighborhood that seems like it’s going through a transition with new construction. Located fifteen minutes from everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga (Chattanooga Choo Choo, Aquarium, Children’s Museum, Ruby Falls, anything downtown, etc.). We had a great trip and look forward to staying in these cottages again in the future!

So close to everything we wanted to get to this weekend and the house was perfect for what we needed. A great place for a weekend getaway!

We loved this house and the amenities. It definitely gets a five-star rating. Suggestions for the host would be to add hand-held shower attachments and a way to turn the backyard light on.

We stayed at Ridgedale Roost for our annual Christmas vacation! The house was perfect for our family and very convenient to all activities! It was very clean and decorated beautifully! Even had christmas decor! We enjoyed our stay!

The house was just as pictured if not better. Literally within minutes of all attractions and wonderfully local eateries. The house is superbly stocked for anything you may need. Will definitely stay again.

This stay was perfect for our group of myself, my husband, our 9 year old, my parents and our Boston terrier. The home was very comfortable and clean. Well stocked with everything you could think of. Owner came to meet us and was very friendly. Location felt safe and was convenient. We would stay here again and again.

Our annual girls weekend was a hit staying in this cute little house. Plenty of room and fully stocked. Close to everything. Traffic noise was a little loud, but other than that, it was perfect.

House is just like photos and was a perfect place for my family to stay. Lots of toys for kids to play with. Really very appreciated. I would suggest a new master bedroom mattress though. Otherwise we would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay with our baby. There were plenty of toys and even a high chair. Very clean property. Fenced in yard to let our dog in.

Tammy thought of everything! Not only was the house clean and beautifully decorated, it was well prepared for guests. There were so many things there that one might not think of having for vacation but oftentimes needs. Even snacks and baggies and all sorts of things. And having some history of the house/area was so neat. Along with that there were menus and info about different places to visit. Plus, we didn’t have a dog yet when we visited but just picked up our pup on Sunday and it was obvious that she is dog friendly…even having treats and bowls, etc. Tammy even came to introduce herself and was super nice. Everyone loved the house and the location was very convenient to the ballpark (we were there for a softball tournament) and to downtown and other locations. We would definitely stay again if we visit Chattanooga!

This house was very clean and inviting! Loved the fenced in yard for the dog, I wish the door went out into the fenced part but wasn't that big of a deal. It was strange to me that there were no screen doors, Im not sure if thats a southern thing as we are from WI. We ended up getting a baby gate for the front door just to slow the kids and dog down as they kept letting him out when they were trying to see what we were doing. My favorite part was the guest book! I wish more people had left recommendations on where to eat, but we had fun filling it out. The kids (2 and 4) really enjoyed all the toys and playground across the street. It was over 90 the whole week and the concrete floors seemed to really help keep the home cooler. Tammy was very responsive through the booking process and we would love to book with her again!

Enjoyed the stay. Host was friendly and greeted us on the first day. Very clean and comfy. Will definitely stay at this location again. Youngest son enjoyed the swing set and caught lighting bugs at night! 5 stars.

We went to the Chattanooga area to visit a niece and her new baby boy. Once we did that we just relaxed and let the girls shop. The lady that owns the property stopped by for a visit just to make sure everything was ok, it was ,and she was so nice . The house was neat , well appointed and comfortable . We loved it !

Three generations of family had a great time calling this home base for a wedding weekend.

My search is over!!!! I finally found a place I want to go to again and again!!! This place was perfect. The pictures just don’t do it justice. It was decorated so pretty and was super clean and close by everything we wanted to do. Also, the owner, Tammy was so friendly and helpful. We definitely felt welcomed. Can’t wait to go back.

The property was great. Quiet street, access to the gardens across the street, and almost everything we needed was already on site. High chair, pack n play, and toys for our toddler. Also very clean. I’m impressed. Smart TVs in living room and each bedroom. Fire pit was nice.

We truly felt at home in this place! It is stocked with everything you need for a very pleasant stay -including traveling with kids/infants! The host stopped by in person to check on us to make sure everything was okay and we appreciated that!

This house had everything we needed and then some. Was super clean when we checked in. The kids enjoyed the playground right across the street. It was nice having room to spread out! Would stay again.

The house was perfect for our weekend in Chattanooga! It was close to downtown and had everything we needed and more! This was our first time bringing our dog and he loved it, too! It took us a bit to find the lights for the back yard (flood light switch is by the front door), but we couldn’t have had a better experience!!

five mins after booking the property, i received a very personable + warm intro from host. she even made the effort to introduce herself and make sure we had everything we needed. convenient check-in and check out. was very appreciative of the large selection of toiletries provided, along with dishware for small children- even games, puzzles, and books for tots incredible view. loved our stay

This was the most amazing home for a weekend getaway. The view from the backyard was amazing & the fire pit at night was devine. The decor makes you feel right at home & the hoise itself was truly incredible. Ms. Tammy was so kind and friendly. We enjoyed this home so much and will definitely be returning.

Don’t be fooled by the location of this rental. It is a wonderful place surrounded by other wonderful places with a great host. Tammy is a delight and really strives to make your stay away from home as perfect as possible. This home was full of kid friendly toys books and amenities and of course everything the adults needed. Make sure you take the time to meet the owner as she makes a point to check in with her guests and is incredible! We were so close to the Zoo, good food places, grocery stores and anything else we needed. We will definitely be visiting Tammy again! Thank you for sharing your street and home!!
