The space for cars, the house and the clients closeness to the beach!

Fridge broken in places, pots and pans in poor condition, very limited kitchen utensils, hand towels in master dirty, only 4outside chair at the bottom and two were broken, dryer door doesn’t close, damage to walls/sheetrock in multiple rooms. In 35 years of travel this is my only negative experience/review disappointing!

We found rotten food, which smelled the property. Used bandaids, used tooth floss sticks on the ground, dust and sand all over the floors.
the TV remotes wouldnt work so we couldnt watch TV besides what was on when the tv was turned on. overall, very poor experience for the price.

We couldn’t sit downstairs first two days due to trash in barrels containing fish entails. I ended up loading in buggy and hauling to a dumper. Beds were all very uncomfortable and worn out with terrible sheets. Some cabinet doors were not attached with two hinges. Master bedroom sink drain was clogged and very slow draining. We had fun on beach with friends but will not book this location again

Previous guests mentioned that the beds were quite poor quality. Vacasa chose not to listen. I can attest that the beds are extremely cheap, very uncomfortable, thin, and very poor quality. You can't please everyone with a mattress but these are honestly extremely cheap.
The house was nice, no other issues. We spent much of our time at the beach and cooked dinners at the house. You do have a view of the water between the houses and its a very quick walk/drive to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. I called to ask prior to our visit if the properly had a standard coffee maker or a kureg. It actually had both. We also asked if it had a grill, was told it does not, and it actually has a very very nice grill that we used several times. We loved the patio upstairs and ate all of our dinners sitting around the table outside.
I highly recommend that they upgrade the beds in this house.
We booked a different house for August based on the quality of the beds here. Had the beds been nicer, we would have stayed here again in a heartbeat!

We decided to take a last minute vacation and wanted to be near the beach. Everything was good except the master bed dips in the middle causing to 2 sleepers to roll into each other. Short walk to the beach. Games for the kids to play at night. Overall the kids and I had a great time!!

We enjoyed our stay and it fit my entire family very comfortably. We will definitely be booking again. The only negative thing I have to complain about is the rude neighbor but he left us alone and the mosquitoes. They somehow kept making their way inside.

When we first arrived the AC was out, however I called the lady in charge (Gina) and she had someone out there as quick as possible! The house was large enough for all my family, 10 total and everything was clean, and comfortable. We could see the ocean from the deck and it was so relaxing in the evenings listening to the waves. Very nice stay!!

It was great we walked right to the beach and came bck home to eat and then back on Sunday the Easter egg hunt with the kids was amazing in the big empty lot right next to t htt e home . I can't wait to go back

This was our second time staying at this location. Beautiful spacious home with outstanding location!
However this time we where disappointed in the cleanliness of the home.. Windows, blinds and baseboards where full of previous visitor's dog hair. No beach towels available like last year and stated in description.
I called our property manager Gina the morning of arrival to see about early checkbin and voice-mail was not set up. I then sent a text (which received no response) and sent an email thru vrbo ( no response)
There was toe nail clipping left over from previous guests in mast bath. 2nd bedroom on the right had damage to the walls. Front door nob was dirty. And some kind of stain from front door too stair case.. 1 plastic chair broken upon arrival. Garbage can was filthy (which i cleaned). Family/living room chairs and futon felt salty/sandy (We flipped the cushions over which seemed to help) overall the house was liveable/ enjoyable but wish others would respect the house and help keep up on the cleaning.

Home is well situated in proximity to the beach and local stores. Layout of the home is great and easy to navigate. Patio and downstairs area are very nice and enjoyable to just relax. House itself is rent again and again but beds need to be replaced is the only thing I can suggest.

The house is very comfortable and easy walk to beach. Lots of space for a group yet also worked for my trip for 2. You need to bring your own beach chairs and shade.

The location to the beach was great. The house description said it fit 12. There were 10 of us and I thought that was a stretch. The futon and the double beds weren't comfortable and could all use better mattresses. For what we paid I would have expected more.

Nice property with a very short walk to the beach. Biggest drawback were all the profanity laced political flags on vehicles on the beach with so many young kids around. Perhaps the world we live in but ignorant none the less.
