Enjoyed our getaway weekend in Gainesville, the house was perfect for our guest and had enough space for all the different personalities. It’s in a nice neighborhood and had enough parking for all the guest.

Although the backyard was big, theres no chairs or seating available outside. The security deposit wasn’t mentioned until after we booked. Although that’s understandable, the returned deposit depends on the cleaning service. Which should be explained so the guest can thoroughly do their part during checkout.

Place was perfect for my family, restaurants and other stores are about 2-3 min away. Very convenient
