Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Modern gestaltet auf hohem Niveau. Manchmal sogar etwas to much. Aber das ist reine Geschmacksache. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Hotel bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht.

Lediglich an die Lage muss man sich etwas gewöhnen. Sie ist nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht hervorragend.

Second time staying here and the hotel is exceptional on all levels. Very clean and welcoming, fabulous rooms. Superb staff and management. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast is superb.

Wonderful stay in Timisoara, the room was colorful and lively, the smart design of lights is making the room very special. Good choice of food and wine in the restaurant, breakfast is diverse. I would love to come back.

Everything is superlative about this new hotel, starting with the staff and ending with the room and services. Tip: the noodles shower is perfect!

No manager in the hotel, impolite stuff.

When we arrived it turned out that they gave away our reserved room to someone else without any prior notice. There were no managers in the hotel on a Saturday afternoon when the hotel was fully booked. In fact we never received our room which we reserved, although we were with children.

too many technical automation in the rooms which is working not well sometimes. too less orange juice at breakfast, orders has to be done several times.

this is a lovely hotel, nice design; we use to stop one or two nights every last years; restaurant is pleasant and very good

1. heating was not functioning (i.e to pump warm air in the room); we asked the reception to fix it, they failed to do so; also, there are no backup portable heaters; so, if you would like 24 degrees in the room, this was not the place. 2. phone was not working to call the reception 3. there was no water heater in the room, to prepare a tea for example. Reception said the next day that these should be asked from reception. Should be in the room in my opinion, like in any 4 star rated hotel 4. Despite being a double room with 2 persons on the booking, there were only one pair of slippers and one robe available 5. The fancy tablet wich controls lights, heating and so on was dirty and sticky (could be that someone drop some coffe on the desk and put the tablet there). To sum up: I love this hotel and I hope that all the above are accidents and that the hotel will regain / keep previous high quality. It is a very very nice hotel and hopefully this drop in quality of service is temporary. All the best!
