Breakfast was great. Pool and it surrounds were fabulous. Really nice vibe at the rooftop bar.

I wish the shower was not in the bedroom and there was a proper ensuite. No privacy whatsoever.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. On our day of departure, they made us breakfast bags up, as we had to leave early. They also took the time to get to know you and spoke with us every day, the two owners were also around a fair bit and were so lovely too. The hotel is beautiful and the terrace is a really nice feature. It’s just a short walk from the station and you reach other cities in a short time

The location of the hotel wasn’t great and we felt unsafe walking around the area.

We arrived late but there was someone there to greet us. Pool was a definite bonus as Italy was experiencing a heat wave!

We weren’t sure about the area, not sure we would walk the street around the hotel at night. But it was quiet and the hotel was very safe

Rooftop pool and bar was great. Spacious and clean bedroom.

The staff was very helpful and the facilities are great. We initially had an issue with the AC in the room not working, which was luckily solved quickly. The swimming pool and the breakfast on the terrace were both great.

The location is not the best one, as it is close to the central station and gives a sense of non safety.

I dont think the hotel do enough to promote the bar on the sun deck - most evenings it was empty and the poor bar staff looked very bored. It is a lovely terrace to unwind on at the end of the day. The photos of the pool are deceptive. It is very small and quite shallow - more of a splash pool than a proper pool. The local environment is my only negative - it doesnt feel safe and we were warned by the hotel not to walk around late at night!!

the location, whilst ok for getting about seems to be in a bad block. for example people street sell the contents of what appear to be stolen suit cases on the pavement.

Excellent location. Staff were very helpful and assisted in every way possible. Facilities and room were excellent.

Excellent breakfast, big comfy bed, very conveniently located for public transport. Friendly but relaxed staff. Impressive roof terrace (not much of a view given the location but great to be in)

Lift broke down for 24hrs during our stay, which given we were on the 4th floor (and each flight had 3 sets of stairs) was quite painful. Bar was v.expensive.

The staff working that night were extremally kind and helpful. We sat in the lounge bar area for a bit and it was quite pleasant. Great staff at check in and at departure.

Not a fan of the location. Doggy walking to the hotel wouldn't want to be alone that is for sure. A lot of un savory people around.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and good shower. Delicious breakfast with regional sweeties. Very nice and helpful staff. Location is great if travelling by train.
