Locatie was prima, het was ook schoon

Zeer maar dan ook echt zeer gehorig. Iedere dag om 5 uur wakker omdat mensen lawaai maken. Deuren lijken van karton. Ook was er een feest in het weekend waar irritante kerels op de deur stonden te rammen midden in de nacht.

Very good value for the money definitely! Very cozy, clean and large room in this beautiful B&B. The place is located in a small village 10 min from Campo Tures by bike which is a super cozy little town. We also went by bike to see the waterfalls, also 5-10 min away which is worth seeing. There is a bar and a small shop/supermarket at the B&B which makes it easier to buy food on the way. If you are by car, it is worth it to drive to Lago di Braies which is 45 min away for a magic experience! At the B&B we were also able to borrow bikes for free and got also a free entrance ticket for a spa close to the town. The staff were kind and helpful and were very good at English.

Few improvement points: - There is no proper reception. The reception is at the bar who made it confusing for us to find. - A lot of people were smoking at the bar entrance which also leads a smell of smoke to the corridors of the property. A bit unbearable for those who are sensitive. - Maybe consider adding air conditioning in the rooms (even though the temperature inside was ok). But despite that we would like to come back again!

The pool was nice and warm. The room was clean and comfortable.

It’s actually a bar with some apartments with no proper reception. We have paid in advance via PayPal. No one told us anything about money during check-in. Then after we left they made a claim on booking on fraud from our side because we didn’t pay city tax. Ok. I wanted to be nice. I sent them money (9 euros) and a week later they texted me again and wanted 130 euro more for rent! which we paid before check-in of course and have a receipt) It’s a nice place. Especially with children because they have warm swimming pool. I would recommend it. Just don’t pay in advance here. Pay all with cash on arrival and ask them for proper invoice. And make sure you keep it! So you can prove your payment later. I hope it’s just misunderstanding, they will solve the situation with booking and at least say “sorry”.
