Beautiful view, very clean and comfortable. kitchen well equipped When we had a problem the owner didn’t hesitate to come out at night to assist us.

No emergency lights for load shedding and that was very disappointing

Outstanding area dynamic view. Splendid entertainment area. We were well occupied with different facilities that was provided on site.friendly staff.

The heat. Maybe look at installing an aircon.

Location is perfect

Everything is old n dated, the fan in the bedroom needs to be replaced immediately,the furniture on the balcony is musty,dirty n too old, the gas braai did not even work

The view was amazing, very clean and spacious for the family. Very comfortable and private.

Excellent views from the balcony. Easy beach access. Agent was very responsive.

We were extremely uncomfortable, couches smelt of and had black mould. Ceiling fans in bedrooms looked like it was picked from a scrapyard. Towels smelt mouldy. We didnt even want to sit on the balcony cushions. Pillows were extremely cheap,we had to go buy new ones. For the price they ask, the host can at least put a little more effort into the place. Crockery was mismatched. Laundry room was filthy. Dishwasher smelt disgusting, so didnt dare use it. Loadshedding wasnt really taken into account, for a 3 bedroom flat there was just one small weak light on the fridge. Thankfully the agent supplied additional lighting on request.

Really loved the seaview from the balcony, the security guard was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the game room, tennis court and beach. The house was nice and clean and we got a late check out which was really nice.

Doors jammed a lot (the front door and back door by the bedroom were a challenge to open and close). The master bedroom shower door was broken and couldn't close it. We had a lot of trouble with the gas braai but housekeeping helped us out!

We loved everything about Bondi Beach. Will definitely come again

Location was excellent, venue was neat with lots of facilities, Leasing agents were very friendly and helpful. Unit was spacious. short drive to malls and places to eat.

Shower doors were hard to close.

Overall Bondi Beach Resort is lovely.. Good amenities and close proximity to the beach. That was great.

The apartment, needs some refurbishment, better bedding, dishes and appliances.. It was fair in terms of clean, but dishes and utensils were sticky and dirty. Very old fittings, fans were not the best, could not keep the place cool.
