We rented chalet A+C. Nice spacious terrace in chalet A with a view on Maiskogel. The equipment is functional and sufficient. The broken coffee machine was immediately exchanged for another one.
It was not very well cleaned. For example, long black hair in the bathtub, there was a lot of dust in several places. The big surprise was, that in each chalet have one of the bedrooms in the basement without windows! It smelled it there and it was impossible to ventilate out. Nowhere didn't mention, that the bedrooms were in the basement, on any photos didn't see this bedrooms :-(. Seems to me very unserius! Windowless bedroom in basement not adequate charging price. Basements bedroom in chalet C have bathroom in 1.floor :-(. Only one small dustbin is available for 3 chalets, there are no another dustbins for sorted waste. There were not enough bags for the trash cans, tablets for the dishwasher and toilet papers. We had to buy everything.

Sauna in the basement did have a shower on first floor. When we arrived majority of all towels were not clean or smell bad and were wet.

Beautifully presented, a home away from home. Short walk the to the town centre and a bus stop at the end of the road. Great ski room with boot warmers. Bathrooms were a great standard with a beautiful sauna and bath in the one on the kitchen/lounge level. TVs in two bedrooms. Fantastic balcony area.
The layout was not well explained. One bathroom was on the top floor next to the kitchen. Those sleeping in the double room in the basement had no bathroom or WC on the same floor, a high up tiny window with no curtain and a much more basic room than the rest. Also there were no mirrors in any of the rooms.

Main-office staff were polite
Cleaning guy was not helpful even when we renewed our stay, he refused to provide tissues and garbage plastic till we went to main-office they contacted him then he placed few pieces only!!!

Fantastic design, huge living room on the first floor. Super location, great terrace with view on the Mountains plus a bigs sauna. Beds are comfortable and one of the bedrooms has a walk in bathroom.

Awesome house that has all you might imagine you need.
The 4th bedroom is in the cellar with tiny window just by the ceiling so not a regular room.
The property management company is placed in a city 10 minutes drive away and you need to collect keys there. There are also extra charges not mentioned by Booking.com for bed linen

Our host Lukas was super helpful and caring. The place is very clean and spacious, we got an house without sauna but view on Kitzsteinhorn compensate for it.
There was na sauna in the house as advertised.

Very clean and modern Chalet. Great facilities and excellent location. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The house was just perfect for three couples and 4 kids. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need and even more! Tye leaving room was just perfect for all of us to have breakfast and dinners and for kids to play around. The sauna was very good and we could relax there every evening. The centre of Kaprun was 10 minutes walk with the stroller. There were shops and different restaurants near by. Washing and drying machines were also in the house. Also we were allowed to barbecue outside. Thank you!
The fourth bedroom was located in -1 floor with no windows and it was a little bit disappointing but because our kids were too small to sleep by themselves we didn’t use it. Otherwise its not very cosy to stay at that bedroom.
Also we had to pay 17€ per person for bedding which we were informed about after making the reservation :(
