Fantastic large apartment situated a 10 to 15 min walk away from the town centre. The apartment overlooks a beautiful garden with a stunning sea view. It has a large wrap around patio with plenty of outdoor furniture. 2 bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms as well as a double sofa bed. Kitchen had oven, hob, dishwasher etc and plenty of utilities. The pool was fabulous with a life guard always in attendance. We definitely recommend.

Unfortunately there is no air-conditioning which made the nights sleeping uncomfortable although the proprietor did advise that air-conditioning was due to be in place soon. We also had an issue with mosquitos outside the property but then again this can happen anywhere.

Absolutely loved our stay! Great location just a 10 minute walk or a very short taxi ride into the centre of the city & the beach. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby. Apartment is plenty big enough for 4 people and could sleep 6 (sofa bed) if needed. It was clean, tidy and had all the essentials + more in kitchen. We were welcomed on and shown around the apartment, then left to our own devices which was lovely! Swimming pool was perfect too (don’t forget your swimming hat!). Balcony is also very spacious and has a brilliant view over the ocean! All in all a great place to stay and a great city too.

Lovely apartment in a well kept building. The balcony space was great with fantastic views back towards the sea. Equally ideal for morning breakfasts or evening nibbles before heading down into San Remo for dinner. The flat was clean upon arrival and Paola did a good job in showing us around the flat and handing over the keys. The kitchen was well equipped when we wanted to do some of our own cooking, with some nice delongi appliances. The gardens were immaculate and well attended to. The pool was also a good size with sun all day. Swim caps for the pool were provided along with beach/pool towels. The flat provided a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle from San Remo centre, which had plenty of lovely bars and restaurants to choose from.

Unfortunately, not everything went as we had planned for a purely relaxing vacation. In the stairwell it stank of mild. In the apartment itself there was a lot of run-down. For example the furniture was broken, the armchair in the living room, the furniture on the terrace. The cupboards were locked with a lock so that you can't take the blankets or bed linen yourself. We have never seen such a sight. In the bedroom we did not even have light because the lamp was broken. We all had to take a shower in the small shower, because the big shower had too little water pressure and you couldn't even wash your hair. The pool was closed, there was no further information. The kitchen utensils are partly really something for the garbage can.
