Excellent service by the staff upon arrival to departure. The family room was bigger that I expected considering the rates I paid. Had a minor issue with the one of the door lock which they quickly rectified. on top of that they provided free breakfast which was unexpected because the faulty lock didn’t cause inconvenience (our rooms have two doors). As we were travelling with kids, we have to make some changes to our plans and they managed to arrange last minute tours and transfer for us. The hotel is 2km from old town and easily accessible by grab or taxi. This is perfect for guests who prefer staying in a quieter area while still having accessibility to main attractions.

Service was excellent, breakfast was the best I’ve had during my trip. Choice of authentic Vietnamese, or anything else you might want, all made fresh with table service.

Property is out of town, nice quiet and picturesque location, on the river. Bicycles are provided for free, just an easy 5-10min cycle into old town. mopeds provided for about £6per day. taxi service is very quick an easy, about £3 into town.

This may have been the cutest boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and it was such a wonderful experience! I’m already wondering when my next trip will be! The staff arranged everything from the airport transfers to my daily tours. These were excellent tours, and I came away enthused and refreshed. They upgraded me to the best room, overlooking the River and pool. I had breakfast delivered to my room, and were they beautifully displayed and delicious! I had laundry done, and it was an excellent price and within a reasonable time. The neighbourhood was quiet, along the river and the cow across the way just had a baby calf. So sweet. It was rice harvest season, and cool to see the rice drying on the street as I rode my bike along. Loved the free bikes available to the guests, and their restaurant recommendation, which was close by, very authentic bun xeo and delicious! Loved everything about this hotel and trip to Hoi An. Can’t ask for better!

I loved everything about the place. Room was big, clean and cozy. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was helpful and nice. Location was perfect, since it was away from all the noise of the city center, but you can rent a bike or a scooter and are there in no time. Loved the pool.

Pool area needs attention. Sun loungers broken. Smelt bad by river perhaps light incense to make nicer

Very nice staff and we really liked the atmosphere of the hotel a lot. free bikes were helpful as well. Wifi was good.

Our stay was a real pleasure. The hotel is fabulous! Really intimate, in a nice position on the river a bit away from the tourist crowds but just a short bike trip away. The breakfast on the beautiful garden/pool area was amazing, the rooms were really beautiful and especially the service was outstanding giving us great recommendations about activities, tailors and so on and were always there to answer all our questions. Best recommendation for Hoi An!

Really nice place to stay in Hoi An. The people working there are so nice, helping and gentle. the room is very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing too! It was sooo difficult for us to leave this wonderful place.

The hotel is amazing but the best part are the owners that are super nice and help you with everything. We enjoyed the quiet location that was close to everything by bike: the beach, the old town and the rice fields. The lovely owners helped us with activity suggestions and also told us some background about the country, the language and the culture. We had an amazing time here and would recommend this hotel.

The hospitality of the team is un cre dible! We liked our stay so much we are planning a next visit at this very moment. A cosy place near to a busy Hoi An. Liked the bikes a lot. We explored the countryside with the bicycles and met lots of people, had some great lunches...

Friendly and helpful staffs. The room is comfortable and is regularly cleaned. they also provided some snacks and drinks when we first arrived. The hotel is just 5-7 mins drive from the central hoi an. they also let you rent bicycle for free or bike for $150000/day.

There was construction noise underneath our room during the day due to renovation. did not bother us as much as we are not home often during the day.

Really cute and cozy boutique resort! the staff was just lovely! they were so cute and competent! the location was just right for me (15 min bicycle ride to old town and maybe 30 min to beach but with an amazing ride through the landscape) i would definitely recommend this boutique! A big thank you to the team🥰

We enjoyed a lot our stay at the G Boutique. The staff was very welcoming, always helped with taxis and provided good recommendations for food and tailors.

Like elsewhere in Vietnam on our trip, you might hear the drilling noise about 8-9am in the morning. It did not disturb us much and not the hotel’s fault by any means, but just leaving it here for those who are looking for full noise cancelling hotel rooms.

The standout was the courteous and helpful staff.. They made sure we were comfortable all the time, since I was vegan and my husband is non-vegetarian they made sure they cooked delicious vegan menu for me. Rooms are cute and has all amenities, location is beautiful, you can take bicycle and ride the town... Highly recommend this place

The room was beautiful, loved breakfast, the view, location outside the old town, the front desk staff, and eagerness to please and communication.

Wish they had a shuttle service to old town, more insude dining seating around the pool.

really nice rooms, atmosphere, garden and pool all great! breakfast is ok, could be a bit more. located a bit out of town but we liked this, you can rent a scooter at the hotel and go to the town (10 min) or the beach (20 min). price quality = definitely worth it.

We felt at home at this wonderful place! We enjoyed all the art in the lobby and the room and the staff is super friendly, the building is modern and of high quality. They have a simple menu and good breakfast.

The location of the Hotel is close to the city center and easy to reach with the bikes the Hotel provides, but sometimes hard to find for Grab drivers. The last bit of the road to the hotel is in a bad state and small, making it a bit hard to reach for cab drivers.

The staff was very lovely and helpful to organise a perfect visit in Hoi An. Very relaxing and peaceful place to stay to visit Hoi An. A true paradise next to the river. The breakfast and dinner offered at the hotel was also very good!!!
