This caravan came with dvds for the kids to watch, the owner was lovely. You can use all the caravans facilities even the owners own bbq. It has a nice little seating area outside on decking. Perfect pitch located close to the pool and not to far from the night time entertainment.

Location of caravan onsite was good, close to the main part. The park had lots to do for the kids.

Where do I start, on our way there we got a message to say one of the toilets was broken was hoped to be fixed for our arrival but was not. We're told it would be fixed the next day so we wasted a day of our holiday waiting in for a plumber that didn't show up. When we arrived the caravan was such a let down. Its covered in dirty marks all over the walls, one of the bedroom doors wouldn't close or stay shut so caused privacy issues. So many faults with furniture being in bad states. Place mats, utensils put away dirty so we had to re clean it all. Sending complaints along side photos from when we arrived. The wardrobes offer very little storage but made worse by the fact they are full with owners items, a boxed Christmas tree in one, black bags with decorations in another and a roll of lino in the last. There was a dirty glass with water and something not nice floating in left on one wardrobe shelf before a load of rubbish. The TV aerial hanging loose out of the wall. I could go on. The owners refused any compensation to us for the disappointment,loss of a day and let down of this holiday. Don't waste your Time or money on this place. They have been reported to the camp site and booking.com

I don’t anything at all I left early

It’s got one toilet roll for 3 night 4 days no dishwasher liquid no everything that I expected I left early I didn’t get refund for it the owner didn’t help me at all never gonna come back there again I need to book other the night I left it’s to far WiFi slow

We were in Rhyl for the Jack Savoretti concert and the caravan was just what we wanted - 3 bedrooms, homely, clean and comfortable - it had everything we needed and a lovely hot shower, we would go again.

The caravan was family adapted and clean. It was a beautiful caravan. The host doesn't mind you messaging eith and questions

That the boiler needs attention its a bit of a saftey hazard due to the cover is damaged and has burn marks on it. The pluming for the toilet needs finishing the pipes r not conected or sealed properly the smell out side is not plesant + the smell is coming up through the floor around the pipe where it is not sealed inside. The floor in the doorway has gone and is sinking every time when you step on it it needs to be fixed

Location was good, caravan was homely.

Bedroom door doesn’t stay shut needs a new clip putting on, but nothing major.

It was a nice experience, nice cosy caravan and a very good location near Rhyll beach.

It was a little dusty. Duvets were not clean. Could only use one toilet properly.

The site itself was great and staff were helpful and friendly. Brilliant site for children as lots of things for them to do.

Dated caravan that needs attention, one of the toilets was out of order, the roof in one of the small bedrooms leaked in, there was out of date food in the cupboards, there was animal bedding under the seating area of the kitchen that smelled strongly of urine.

I have a touring caravan. I love but i was on a working holiday with a family i work n support. Was great stay everything you need. But take ya own towels n bed linnen. Thats not provided. The caravan is surface clean n needs a good detailed deep clean also appolstery in the lounge also a very good doing in the seating area of table. Other than that absolutley brilliant. Would hire again.
