Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed. The location was great for us as it was just a 5min drive/15 walk down to the port area. The host was exceptional and communicating with us on our day of arrival and met us at the property to let us in and show us around, even thought our flight time had been changed and we didn't arrive until much later than originally planned.

The only thing we would have liked, which is a very minor thing, was a better TV service. We could only get one or two English speaking channels on the TV - a smart TV with access to Netflix etc would have been good. Again, a very minor point and obviously not much time spent watching TV but would have been a nice extra for chill out time first thing/in the evening etc.

Great location, short walk to the beach, supermarket , restaurants and cafe in the park opposite. Denia centre a bit further but easily walkable. Very good sized apartment, garage an added bonus, the views from all 4 balconies were lovely, having the different balconies also gave you the choice of shade and sunshine. Everything you needed was in the apartment , all though some items need updating.

The patio furniture could do with updating, we had to fix one of the beds and I did worry that some of the chairs may come apart. There were no full length mirrors, only the ones in the bathrooms, (it would have been nice to see what you looked like before going out) . I ended up using my hair dryer on the balcony and using the kitchen door as a mirror. There was an issue with the pool, we were unable to use for the 2 weeks, this was finally sorted the day before we left.

Lovely location in a quiet area close to a lovely beach. Park outside apartment very handy for walking the dog. Private parking space with own garage door was very handy for both the car and our rental bikes. Very well equipped, wifi was excellent and with a terrace on both sides of the building we were able to get the sun all day. Also one of the terraces had a brick surround so safe for the dog. The other terrace had a glass surround with a gap at the bottom so we had to keep a close eye on the dog on this terrace.

elevator was broken for two of the 10 days we stayed. It was no fun doing three flights of stairs carrying a small dog several times a day. however I understand these things happen, it was fixed and I was kept informed all through.
