Location was excellent with Pebbly Beach across the road & a wonderful walking track "Bicentennial walk". Walking distance from town & Forster beach. Home is comfortable with a very large balcony overlooking the water & kitchen has everything that you will need

The TV was a bit old though we only had it on a couple of times.

Excellent accommodation. Easy walk to Forster shopping centre. Good restaurants. Ocean side Park opposite and walking running track. Views of the ocean. Great family holiday. Our fourth stay at Coral Sands 3.

The location was the best part about this property. The apartment itself was nice, but a little tired in parts. The view was amazing, the patio a lovely spot to watch the sunset and bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable.

The booking process - ended up booking 2 places for the same dates because of issues with Booking.com reporting during the payment process that the property was no longer available. Confusion when I arrived to collect the key from the agency that manages the place, so I ended up with documents for two separate properties. Was advised to take my own linen (including tea towels and towels) or I could rent linen, but I arrived at the house to find the two single beds made up already and linen supplied for the other two beds. There was no hand soap in either of the bathrooms or toilet, no dishwashing sponges, no replacement bin liners, most of the lamps in the bedrooms didn't have bulbs and there was a pair of womens knickers in one of the bedside drawers. Not even a small UHT carton of milk in the fridge was supplied. In nearly every place we have stayed these things have always been supplied (except for the knickers of course). Check out time was 9am on a Sunday morning which is too early particularly when you have paid a considerable amount to rent the place for 3 nights. We returned the keys to the agency by dropping them in the box as instructed, but I then received a text and call from them later in the day asking where the keys were?! All in all, it gave us the impression to be poorly managed.
