Casa 4BR 3BA recentemente ristrutturata progettata pensando al comfort. Nuovissimo meglio di biancheria da letto, lenzuola, mobili e servizi di qualità dell'hotel. Cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca. Backyard dispongono di un pozzo del fuoco, grill a gas, aree salotto. Un sacco di spazio verde per lanciare una palla o giocare a giochi da giardino. Un sacco di spazio per 6 auto fuori strada e un ampio parcheggio sulla strada.
A soli 7 km dal campus del ND e dai bar / ristoranti / negozi di Eddy Street ea pochi passi dal centro di South Bend.

The house was beautiful and had so much room. Loved all the Notre Dame decorations. Communication was great. Would definitely stay again.

We loved having our family all in one spot. Three different family groups were able to occupy the top, main and bottom floors. Great place to stay with all the comforts of home.

The house could not have been in a better location. Such a cute and charming neighborhood, right down the street from Eddys Commons. Practically on campus! The house itself was very cute and charming, exactly the layout that suited our needs. Very nicely updated and very comfortable. Multiple areas for adults and kids to hang out. The only thing I would point out that would have been nice to know in advance, is that the upstairs was not air conditioned. Being mid-June and quite hot outside, we were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, if we didn't need the upstairs bed, we would happily stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The owners are very responsive. The house is everything posted and more. The neighborhood is lovely as are the neighbors. We will be back.

We had an amazing time and the house was exactly as advertised and more. So far it has been the best house we have rented when seeing an ND game.

This is the perfect location and property. We brought my parents and a friend so we each had a bedroom area and bathroom and a level of the house to ourselves. Looks small from the outside but tons of space on the inside. Close to ND - walkable - and in a great quiet neighborhood.

This was such an adorable home with lots of Notre Dame flair. We loved everything about it. Wonderful neighborhood.

Our group of 11 alums had a great time staying at the house for the football game weekend. The house was very comfortable, plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked and the living room area was perfect for gathering. We were able to walk back and forth to campus easily and there was plenty of parking for all of our many cars. Would highly recommend!

I was in South Bend for a wedding and this was a great house to stay at. I stayed with my parents and in-laws and the downstairs was a great escape for my wife and I. Everything is updated and the house is within walking distance of Notre Dame!! Definitely worth the money!!!

We stayed here for our 20th reunion. It was a very cute house, very well done and a whole lot of ND swag! The host was very nice and quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was so cute and all Notre Dame! The neighborhood was family friendly and had beautiful tulips everywhere! Took just a couple of minutes to get to Notre Dame and downtown. We would love to stay again on game day!

What a wonderful experience! The house was very large and spacious, as well as very clean. The house has a nice back room and yard. The owners are very user friendly. The house is ideally located for game weekends — an easy walk to campus. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to anyone thinking of visiting South Bend.

I don't think we could have had a better stay! This home was perfect for our family's Easter weekend at ND. The home is beautifully appointed with everything you could need. Our kids kept saying how little it looked outside but how big it was inside. We honestly needed another family or two to enjoy it with us! This home is designed to host friends and family and make the happiest of memories. The beds were very comfortable and dressed with the coziest of linens. The neighborhood was lovely and safe and the location was perfect with proximity to campus and easy access to South Bend and Mishawaka. The host was a great communicator and we just felt so welcome. We really look forward to our next visit and have found our home away from home in South Bend! Thank you, Laurie, for creating such a special place for our family to create some treasured memories!

This was our second stay at this property, and we will definitely stay again. It’s the perfect place to stay for our annual Irish Tailgate with friends or a visit to see our daughter at Notre Dame. . The house is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. We love the Notre Dame theme throughout and the fact that everything is provided. The host is always available to answer questions. I highly recommend this home.

We had a great stay at this location in South Bend. Walking distance from campus. Home was clean, full of amenities. Owner was very accessible. We will definitely be back for our next football game at ND! Go Irish!

We checked on Friday and the house was amazing! Everything in the listing was accurate and the host was easily reachable. Just so much to love with this listing! Will be staying again next year!!!! This one’s a winner.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Notre Dame themed home. My husband and his brother are big Notre Dame fans and loved all the decor. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all our kids to spread out. They loved the 2 hang out spaces and it gave them a place to go while the adults enjoyed some peace and quiet in the den or back porch. The house was a ell stocked and very clean. Laurie was easy to reach and communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Family reunion trip
The kitchen was well stocked. Did not have a crock pot but I brought my own. 3 levels- Main has 2 bedrooms that share the hall bath. Upper level and lower level both have sitting areas separate from the bedroom/bath areas. Lots of space and privacy. If I was in the area again I would definitely stay again. Host was great with communication. Loved it.

The perfect house for our 40 year college reunion! Seven gals stayed comfortably and walked to and from campus several times. Trader Joe and Eddy Street Commons all close by. Darling interior and comfortable pillows!

Fabulous home close to ND
We had a great stay over Easter. The house is just as pictured… super clean, well-stocked, close to campus in a very nice neighborhood, and really comfortable. Check in and communication was seemless. Felt like we had our own home under the Dome! Definitely 5 stars!

Best ND Themed house!
Stayed for a wedding weekend, this house fit us perfectly with beds to spare. Cute ND Themed house with an awesome room in the back for watching games. Every room has a TV with cable so you can all fit and still stay separated well. Very clean, would stay again.

Moms Weekend Home
Laurie's home was warm and welcoming. Our ND Moms weekend was a huge hit w/ our daughters b/c of our lovely VRBO home. The beds were SO comfortable and the easy access to ND campus was a big plus. We will definitely book this house again.
