The location is priceless. The bad was really comfort and the room spacious. StFf was surprisingly nice and always willing to help us.

The light in the room, was a bit dark. For my taste and preference pillows too soft. I didn’t like it

Trash trucks sound at 6 AM makes you wake up. Decoration need an update, reception needs definitely an upgrade. Don’t think I’ll book again.

Everything was perfect. The room was warm, clean and spacious. There was everything we needed. The location of the hotel is very good for exploring the city on foot. Breakfast options are sufficient. The staff is very friendly. We thank you.

Hotelul este situat foarte aproape de zona centrala, cu acces imediat la magazine si obiective turistice, inclusiv la pontoanele ambarcatiunilor de agrement de pe Dunare. Personalul este foarte receptiv si amabil.

Am rezervat hotelul prin intermediul platformei booking, utilizand ca filtru principal existenta parcarii. Dupa efectuarea platii integrale, fara posibilitate de rambursare, hotelul ne-a transmis pe mail faptul ca nu detine absolut deloc parcare, astfel incat am fost nevoiti sa utilizam parcarea publica, contra cost, la distanta nu foarte mare fata de hotel.

الموقع ممتاز الاستقبال كانوا جدا خدومين ولطيفين والتشيك ان والتشيك اوت سريع 👍🏼 الغرفة مجهزة بكل شي حتى مكواة موجودة. افضل ميزة في الحمام يوجد شطاف داخلي ( في البوديه نفسه) زي حمامات دول آسيا وتركيا . افضل وانظف من حمامات اوروبا ..

Brilliant location, super comfy bed!

Το πρωινό ήταν σχετικά λιτό αλλά καλής ποιότητας. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο (5 λεπτά απόσταση με τα πόδια) από τον τερματικό σταθμό του λεωφορείου 100Ε που εξυπηρετεί το αεροδρόμιο.

Το δωμάτιό μας αν και ευρύχωρο και ωραία επιπλωμένο έβλεπε στον ακάλυπτο. Η αίθουσα της υποδοχής είναι πολύ μικρή.

Leider wurde nicht täglich wirklich gereinigt und das Zimmer wieder mit Sachen aufgefüllt. Frühstück war ok, aber für den Preis bekommt man in vergleichbaren Hotels viel mehr und ein qualitativ hochwertigeres Frühstück.

Hotel was very central and relatively clean. The staff was welcoming. Ahmad Shiraz at the reception was very friendly and helpful, and he recommended some fantastic places to eat. Ata at the hotel bar was also very accommodating.

The shower...it should be maintained better. Lobby area was a bit cramped.

Breakfast was limited for hot food and food not replenished quickly enough. Shower in room was difficult as sprays were not moveable and when you opened the door water went everywhere. Room needs drawers and bathroom needed a shelf.

No parking options availabe in the hotel even though it said so in the description

The room has seen better days, but it was clean enough. The location was good- very central and within easy walking distance from most, if not all of the attractions, although the entrance was slightly off-putting. We did not check out the roof top nor the breakfast so cannot comment on those.

The room looked nothing like the room in the photos we booked via booking.com except for maybe the colour themes. We arrived late to a lukewarm reception- the staff could have been nicer. The mattress was stiff and uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The room has definitely seen better days. All in all we did not consider it to be good value for money at all and were quite disappointed with the place.

Bedrooms could have been a little bigger

Very good location, polite hotel and hotel room. In all other rooms (corridors, lobby, breakfast hall) the air conditioner worked.

There was a heat wave in Budapest during the trip, but the air conditioner in the hotel room was broken every day.

Clean , location friendly staff especially the reception staff who were super informative and helpful.

Great location with modern rooms. Would recommend this hotel if in Budapest.

Only downsides were the shower head was too powerful for the drain and caused the water to flood the bathroom floor but not a major inconvenience. Location was great but with that came some noise from the road early in the morning (sounded like building works or bin lorries at 4am).

The room was big enough, there was a big bed. The shower was amazing. There were three different settings, you could either get water from above, from the regular shower head or from a tab. There was an AC. You can open the window and get fresh air. They let me check in a bit earlier. Everything was comfortable and fine. The hotel is located in the center. You are very quickly anywhere you want to be in Budapest.

The hotel was close to the main shops and public transport

It was hard to find the entrance of the hotel was hidden. But everything else was good!

The location is great with walking distance to the shopping streets and river front. Rooms are good but each room quite small.

The property looks dated and not exactly what we expected from the pics. It s tiny entrance in a narrow allow from the back entrance of mercury hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location

Dirty bedlinen (stains from someone’s foundation). Stayed there for only one night. We notified the reception regarding the stains in noon (4pm) and then left for the rest of the day. Were told that it would be changed. Came back around 11pm and nothing was done. The lady at the reception tried to help and was able to find two duvets to use them instead of a sheet and blanket cover. No clean sheets were available… We were explained that an independent company is in charge of bed linen washing. As the hotel is the end service provider, the "quality check" should be performed by them. There should be no precedent regarding the quality of cleaning given to consumers.
